This is how the description of the company begins on their website "Accord-Tour is one of the largest tour operators in Ukraine, and this is largely the merit of our beloved tourists and reliable partners. Since the company was founded in 2003, we have always put the interests of of our clients, and they never intend to deviate from this rule ....", but then the realities of the tour organized by them (the tour was by air, the price was about 2.6k Euro for placing a child in hotels on a separate bed was paid), I just put sketches that were made to draw up a complaint / chronology for an "unforgettable" tour of 2 adults and a child for the new year 2012 ... The wife wrote, so she did not edit the text from herself.

On December 30, 2011, we were settled in the Walzer Hotel (left photos and a review of the hotel ...). The hotel is very far from the center and transport. There is no subway on the other side. It is absolutely not convenient to travel with a child. There are no shops around the hotel where you can buy water. Another family, who was on the same tour, was placed in a good hotel in the city center. The windows of our room overlooked the cemetery - not a New Year's view at all. In the room, instead of a paid extra bed for a child of 4 years old, there was a playpen, which is usually given in hotels to children under 2 years old for free. A 4-year-old child does not fit in this playpen due to its height.

With the assistance of the FIT BIOS, we changed the number on 31/12/11. There were three beds in a row, even without passages between them. The bed linen was torn, very worn out (we can provide photos if necessary). The view from the window was no longer at the cemetery.

With the assistance of FIT BIOS on 01/01/12 we were moved to the Mercury Corona Hotel. The resettlement was at 14.00 (departure from the Volser hotel) and therefore half a day of vacation was lost in anticipation of this move.

The Mercury Crown Hotel had a double room. There was no bed for the child.

02/01/12 moving to Vienna. The driver who transported us to Vienna did not know the city, he stopped at every turn, got out and asked passers-by for directions. We were dropped off near the Rathause Hotel and the car left immediately. At the reception it turned out that there was no reservation for us and this was not at all the hotel where we needed to be brought. It turned out that our information sheet and the driver had information that we needed to be accommodated in the Rathause Hotel, and the hotel voucher indicated HN Danube City. When it turned out our transfer had already left. The girl at the reception of the Rathause hotel called and clarified that we had a reservation at the HN Danube City hotel and called us a taxi to this hotel. Departure from the hotel in Budapest was at 10.00, and it was possible to settle in the hotel where the room was reserved at 16.00, i.e. one more vacation day was lost for moving and looking for a hotel… It should be noted that the issues were resolved by calls from a mobile phone while roaming at roaming rates in Austria… coincides with the voucher and therefore the hotel where we are staying is called - HN Danube City and must be used for all transfers. This also applies to the departure to Budapest and the sightseeing tour. It was said that everything would be fine and announced the time for a sightseeing tour on 03/01 09.00 am and the departure time to Budapest on 05/01/12.

03/01/12 Sightseeing tour. The beginning of the expectation (with a child of 4 years old ...) for this excursion began at 9.00, as it was announced earlier, at 9.45 they called to find out if we should wait further or not. There was an answer that yes the car will be. The car arrived around 10:20. As we understood, they tried to pick us up at the Rathause Hotel, as it was written in the information sheet ... A sightseeing tour in a small minibus, the driver said, and when we were on the second row of seats, nothing was heard. The quality of this sightseeing tour is just wasted time.

01/05/12 Transfer from Vienna to Budapest, we waited at the reception for more than two hours, as we were told "the driver came but we were not there ...". It was not possible to find out the question of where he came (to which hotel), if we spent all this time in the hotel lobby (you can check the check-out time at the hotel) due to the driver’s lack of basic knowledge of English (he even tried not to hear that refer to him). When we arrived in Budapest, the driver took us back to the Volzer Hotel, I didn’t respond to the fact that they tried to explain to him in English and with gestures that there was no need to go there (we and the family who traveled with us tried to explain), although the FIT BIOS agency confirmed that the Mercury Corona Hotel booked us. The driver did not understand English and did not want to listen / watch what we showed him. He drove us to the Volzer Hotel, we refused to leave. We contacted the agency (according to roaming rates) and handed over the phone to the driver so that he could explain the situation in Hungarian and only after that he contacted someone by phone regarding our settlement. We took the second family to their hotel. A representative of the Accord Tour company called me and asked what the problem was. I explained to him that we were brought to the wrong hotel and the driver did not understand English. As a result, we were brought to the Mercury Corona Hotel.
