Good afternoon! We went on a tour from 07/07/2013 to 07/22/2013. This was our first trip with the Accord and the impressions turned out to be contradictory. Organization of the tour: it all started with the fact that we were replaced by an escort. Instead of Oksana Tsyulyup, Markiyan Mysiv went with us. We cannot say that we were satisfied with it. And here's why: he did not know the route well and did not provide assistance when it was needed. Choosing between hotels in Kusadasi, we stopped at Albora, but on the very first day of our stay we regretted it (we attach a photo). The hotel is very, very old and has not been renovated for a long time. It’s unpleasant to be in the room - it’s dirty, there is a fungus in the shower, the furniture is old and shabby + when they settled in the room, they found other people’s dirty socks in it. In addition to the sea about 1.5 km. When we asked the escort why the information about the distance to the sea is not true, in response we heard that 200 m from the sea is by air, and the boorish “What can you do now?” We wanted to move and here our guide did not show his best side - he was clearly not interested in us doing this. As a result, in order to be heard, we had to call Lviv and talk with the manager of Accord, quarreling (the Turkish side demanded penalties (?!)), we were moved to another hotel with an additional charge - Flora, taking money for the transfer, though the night we did end up at Albora, where we had a “wonderful dinner” and slept on a sticky bed, which we later recalled as a nightmare. We can say that the rest in Turkey for us began only after the change of hotel. Flora is just a great place for 3 * + (heaven and earth compared to Albor): two swimming pools, very fresh and tasty food and excellent staff, a good room that was cleaned daily, its own beach, which can be reached within a 10-15 min., and take a shuttle bus. After a good rest in Kusadasi, we headed for Istanbul. Istanbul is an amazing city, it cannot fail to impress. But the escort, having given the group free time, could not explain in an accessible way how to get to the bus) The final point was the replacement of the hotel in Bulgaria: instead of Aqua, they gave us Avenue. Markian could not explain this substitution. This is how we got acquainted with the Accord. Of the pluses, we can note really experienced drivers, from whom every time, whether at customs or at a hotel, our escort drew knowledge. Sincere thanks to them!
P.S. Kusadasi itself is a well-groomed, beautiful resort town, where you would like to repeat your vacation because of the excellent nature, mild climate and good location for tourists who want to learn more about Turkey. We visited most of the excursions on our tour on our own, as we planned them ourselves (Efes, Izmir, a walk along the Bosphorus in Istanbul) or ordered from a local travel agency that is part of the Turkish network (Pamukkale, a boat trip, jeep safari, water park). It came out much cheaper! But in addition to the difference in cost, we received excursions without a stop in shopping centers “leather-textiles”, with lunch (which is not included in the price at Accord, namely, Pamukkale with a buffet lunch at a 5 * thermal hotel, where we they gave 1 hour for swimming in 3 thermal pools and 1 with ordinary fresh water; jeep safari - with lunch (grilled meat, vegetables, fruits); a boat trip was also with an excellent lunch (garnish, meat, vegetables, fruit).
Yes Accord is not always honest. Two days since I returned from the trip "Siesta with the Greeks" The statement "without night crossings" (which was the key for me when choosing a tour) is not real. As a result, one night settlement at 2 am and one night move at 5 am (two nights in a row) horror! Greedy in the settlement. For sharing - a cot in the corner. Zhlobstvo!!! With accompanying as lucky. Our sir Bobyak gave himself a siesta. Shame!
Да Аккорд не всегда честен. Два дня как вернулась с поездки "Сиеста у греков"Заявление "без ночных переездов"(что являлось для меня ключевым при выборе тура) не реально. В результате одно ночное поселение 2 часа ночи и один ночной переезд 5 часов утра (две ночи подряд ) ужас! Жадничают на поселении. На подселение - раскладушка в углу.Жлобство!!! С сопровождающими как повезет. Наш пан Бобяк устроил себе сиесту.Позор!

It can be seen that "Accord" decided to change leadership. Only laudatory reviews are posted. Another example of agency weakness.
Аккорд не всегда честен. Вернулась с поездки "Сиеста у греков" так вот заявление "без ночных переездов" (что явилось ключевым при выборе тура) сплошная фикция, при любом расскладе нереально. В результате одно ночное поселение 2 часа ночи и следом второе 5 часов утра (без учета устройства на ночлег). Ужас!С сопровождением тоже как повезет. Наш пан Бобяк устроил себе сиесту. То что Греция прекрасна, море чудесное, греки приветливые, порции огромные, есть что посмотреть - Метеоры, Скиафос (факультативные 60 эвро.) это безусловно, но в этом нет заслуги ни тур агенства, ни сопровождающих. Подсиление на раскладушку в углу -ПОЗОР И ЖЛОБСТВО! Видно "Аккорд" решил поменять лидерство.Размещают только хвалебные отзывы. Еще один пример слабости агенства.

Хочу еще добавить, что путешествую давно. Случилось такое впервые. Оставлять так это "безобразие" не собираюсь. Себя уважаю, и являюсь уважаемым человеком.

На моє попередження, що буду жалітися Акорду пояснили, що в них все схоплено і возити не лише Про таємниці повідає Схід, а і Смаргадові береги. Так що добре подумати хто купує цей тур чи готові 6 днів а саме стільки триває перевезення терпіти приниження, платні туалети, брудний автобус, болгарську гучну музыку та зверхні погляди водіїв.
