On 09/18/17, having previously booked the "Weekend in Krakow" tour, I was told the price of 73 euros. On 09/19/17, having arrived at the agent in Kyiv, Lana Travel, it turned out that the price was already 100 euros. Considering that I planned to go with a family of 5 people, the amount of the overpayment outraged me. The reasoning for such a price revision was that I booked 5 seats and thus the occupancy increased, and the prices were revised. ABSURD. I agree that with occupancy for any trip, prices change upwards. But this should happen after paying for the tour, that is, after the final booking. Naturally, I do not agree to overpay out of the blue. As occupancy has risen, so let it fall. There are enough competitors. At the same time, the agent from Lana Travel did not even call and did not warn that the price had changed. She says she didn't want to lose five bangs. It operates on the principle: once you come to the office, we will persuade you.

The hotel was very comfortable, in the center of Warsaw. The bus was ordered according to the number of people, if you understand at least something in travel. The number of people was announced in advance. The excursions were chic! In general, I wish you to look for bright and positive colors in everything and it will become easier for you and those around you! There will always be little things to complain about. Work on it! Find the positive in people and in everything that surrounds you!
Знаете,Дарья,благодаря тому,что вы не поехали у нас получилась замечательная компания и великолепный тур! За минимальную цену!Все дни благодарили за это Бога. Потому что такие люди,как вы, всегда портят отдых окружающим. Бред насчет чая и кофе полнейший. Путешествую постоянно,нигде в автобусах этого нет. Гостинница была очень комфортабельная, в центре Варшавы. Автобус заказывался под количество людей,если вы понимаете хоть что-то в путешествиях. Количество людей озвучивалось заранее. Экскурсии были шикарные!Вообщем, желаю вам во всем искать яркие и позитивные краски и станет легче и вам, и окружающим ! Всегда найдутся мелочи, к которым можно придраться.Работайте над этим! Находите позитив в людях, и во всем,что вас окружает!
