Good afternoon!
I would like to share my impressions after the trip to the "Weekend in Stockholm" tour for the New Year 2020.
Unfortunately my friends and I were deceived!!!
Let's start with the first impression:
The day before our departure, the AccordTour staff wrote that the bus departure time was CHANGING AND WE NEEDED TO RETURN OUR Kyiv-LVIV TICKETS QUICKLY. But they returned the difference for the loss of money when returning tickets.
But how could one not go to Riga on the first day if the departure time was changed from 23:30 to 17:00. We left 6.5 hours early!!!!!!
1. On the AccordTour website you can see that according to the tour schedule you will visit Riga 2 times. It's a lie !!!!!
After a long and painful journey, which lasted 22 hours (Lviv-Riga), you will not be given the opportunity to walk around Riga, but will immediately be taken to the ferry and you are on the road again!!!! Considering that we passed the border quickly.
2. You pay 150 euros for the tour + 50 euros for the NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER, but be careful that dinner in their concept is at 16:00 and on New Year's Eve itself you will need to pay money for food and drinks again !!!!
3. In Stockholm, you will spend not 5-6 hours as promised, but 4 hours, as you will need to rush to your New Year's Eve dinner, which cannot be late.
4. The quality of food in the "cafe" or "canteen" fast line, where you will have a New Year's Eve dinner, is terrible + keep in mind that you will need to hurry, since you only have 2 hours.
Don't go there for breakfast!
Bottom line: AccordTour deceives and does not even respond to our reviews and they cannot be called an agency that cares about its customers.
A bathyscaphe is a catamaran in the middle of which there is a plastic, let's say, recess 1.5 m deep and 1 m wide, but this is not the case, this ship is in disrepair, everything breaks right before your eyes, I mean the ladder leading to the recess is barely holding on one that can fall well. At the entrance to this ship, ask a question about life jackets, a friend will answer you, everything is OK, in response, we and the child give at least the answer to the baby, everything is OK. Yes, and keep in mind we had an individual tour, it’s scary to imagine what a collective tour is. Yes, I almost forgot, you will be brought (20 min drive) to the hotel on the beach of which this pleasure is located exactly to the hotel from the main entrance of which to the beach another 10 minutes to go the most pleasant view during this walk you will be so pleased that you want to return to your hotel before reaching the beach. In a word, it is up to you to decide whether it makes sense to risk your health.
Батискаф это, катамаран в середине которого расположено пластиковое скажем так углубление глубиной 1,5 м. и шириной 1 м. но не в этом дело данное судно находится в аварийном состоянии все ломается прямо у вас на глазах я имею ввиду лестничка ведущая в углубление едва держится та что можно хорошо упасть. При входе на данное судно задайте вопрос о спас жилетах вам ответят друг все ок, вы в ответ мы же с ребенком дайте хоть малышу ответ друг все ок. Да и учтите у нас был индивидуальный тур страшно представить что такое коллективный. Да чуть не забыл, Вас привезут (20 мин езды) к отелю на пляже которого находится данное удовольствие именно к отелю от центрального входа которого до пляжа еще 10 минут идти самое приятное окружающий вид при данной прогулки Вас так порадует что вы захотите вернутся в свой отеля не доходя до пляжа. Одним словом Вам решать есть ли смысл рисковать своим здоровьем.
