I ordered with a friend and paid 100% in the middle of October 2017 for a beach tour to Spain at the end of July 2018. Six months later, with the advent of spring, along with the snow, our hopes for a summer vacation melted away. We are informed that our program of the Serenade of the Southern Sun is changing, namely: the capital city of Budapest is changing to Krakow, Milan to Salzburg, Nice to Zurich, Cannes and Monaco to Geneva, the Italian coast of Lido di Jesolo is being removed altogether. 10 changes. Most importantly - from the former 16 days of the tour with 7 days on the Spanish coast with breakfasts and dinners, there are 14 days and 3 days in Spain. Feel the difference? At the same time, a new one-on-one program is announced, similar to the old Serenade, but with a new name Holiday romance, it seems, is 70% more expensive. We can't go there without a corresponding surcharge. A month later, the intermediary agency returned all the money to us, although because of the hryvnia exchange rate, it lost several hundred hryvnias on each of us.
Our friends also did not go to Scandinavia by early booking and payment ahead of time. If Accord does not plan to send tourists at a promotional price, then it is not reliable.

So the moment of truth has come, I want to tell you ABOUT THE TRAVEL COMPANY "ACCORD-TOUR" TOUR OPERATOR (LVIV), AND THE TOUR COMPANY "MY TRAVEL" (Kyiv), which is located in Kyiv on the street. Bolshaya Zhytomyrska 21, office 14, namely, about their honesty and decency, since they work in pairs, until the last moment I could not believe that such companies and people work in Ukraine...
Many wrote here, and "watered" that the Accord Tour is a money scam, a scam, not decency, etc., but, I will say and assure everyone that this is not at all the case, having personally convinced myself, since it did not foresee a situation that did not give us a chance to leave and travel, although everything had long been paid for and issued.
Now for more details. On August 11 of this 2018, my wife and I were supposed to go on the tour "Only Rome is worthy of Paris", in advance, back in the month of May, we bought two places, signed an agreement in the TOUR COMPANY "MY TRAVEL" (Kyiv) and paid the money.
Five days before our departure for the tour, namely to Lviv, from where we were supposed to leave for the above-mentioned tour, my wife fell and broke her arm. Immediately, the operation, etc., in short, it was no longer up to the tour ... I immediately immediately, on August 6, drove into the office of the shopping mall "MY TRAVEL" (Kyiv) at B. Zhitomirskaya St. 21, office 14, to the director Firm Yaroslav. I showed him an extract from the hospital about the injury (he made a copy), and contacted him about returning my money. A few days later, Yaroslav called me back himself and said that the Accord Tour company accepted my request for a refund for consideration, that is, they would consider and decide on a refund, on fines (we did not buy insurance against not leaving). According to the agreement, they could return 4%, but, on August 22, Yaroslav from the TOUR COMPANY "MY TRAVEL" called me and said that they had considered our situation and all the money would be returned to us in full, without any fines, etc.
Today, August 27, 2018, I arrived at the TC "MY TRAVEL" at 12.30 (I could not come earlier, because I was not in Kyiv for the holidays), I was fully refunded the entire amount of money, a penny for a penny, they asked about my wife's well-being , we shook hands and I left, spent ten minutes on it. Of course, I came out in complete shock, I could not believe that this could happen in Ukraine, and this still exists.
