Never buy from this company!
We bought a tour with departure 3.03 from Kyiv. When choosing a tour, the dates and city of departure were fundamentally important for us, since it is much more difficult to get to Lviv from us and the train schedule does not fit with the time of departure, so we would have to spend the night in Lviv twice, and this time and money.
Exactly a week before the tour, when we have already paid for train tickets and a hotel in Kyiv to spend the night on our return, we are informed that the tour is canceled and they offer to take a tour much lower level, shorter and less interesting for us, from Lviv, and also with extra charge! And if we refuse, then wait 14 days for a refund. That is, the calculation is that you no longer have money and will not have it before the required date, and you will take everything that they sell you. We refused, now we are waiting for the money, I hope that they will at least be returned and we will not have to sue.
Fortunately, our vacation will still take place, since we freaked out on the same day and bought air tickets to Milan, which we hadn’t been to for a long time and missed it. But not everyone has such an opportunity, so I really sympathize with those who got into the same situation and had to pay extra for these swindlers for an uninteresting tour.
It’s good that you had a normal and uneventful rest, it’s clear that not every client gets into non-standard situations, but when you pay a lot of money, I would like to be 100% sure that they remember you and are ready to help at any time, and not sent further spin as you want!!!!!!
Это хорошо что вы нормально и без приключений отдохнули, понятно что не каждый клиент попадает в нестандартные ситуации, но когда платишь немалые деньги хотелось-бы быть уверенным на 100%, что за тебя помнят и в любое время готовы помочь, а не отправили и дальше крутись как хочешь!!!!!!
