On 09/19/17, having arrived at the agent in Kyiv, Lana Travel, it turned out that the price was already 100 euros. Considering that I planned to go with a family of 5 people, the amount of the overpayment outraged me. The reasoning for such a price revision was that I booked 5 seats and thus the occupancy increased, and the prices were revised. ABSURD. I agree that with occupancy for any trip, prices change upwards. But this should happen after paying for the tour, that is, after the final booking. Naturally, I do not agree to overpay out of the blue. As occupancy has risen, so let it fall. There are enough competitors. At the same time, the agent from Lana Travel did not even call and did not warn that the price had changed. She says she didn't want to lose five bangs. It operates on the principle: once you come to the office, we will persuade you.
were in the second half of May 2012. we all liked it. the rooms are very comfortable! bathroom in the room. and things are where to put. and air conditioning (worked for almost a day))) it was still cool at night, they put it on heating! next to the river! in the evening unusually beautiful play of frogs! as it gets dark, little lights begin to flicker! fireflies))) the baby and I knocked them into the grass with our boats in order to catch))) unusually beautiful !! around the citrus garden! flavors!) cannot be described))) there are many grocery stores nearby. 10-15 minutes to the sea, depending on which way to go) we went to four-story buildings, we liked it more, there is a cafe near the beach) with a beautiful mini pond with fish!))))) there is also a beach cafe further away) there were few people! ) we were lucky) a bus runs to Pitsunda and Gagra according to the schedule (it hangs at a bus stop) we moved without problems)))) the hostess is very welcoming and friendly named Irma))) by the way!
I want to note separately))) if you want to go on excursions, Irma has a wonderful guide Roman! Ask only HIM!!! you will not regret!!!! very funny person - do not get bored! he told us a lot of interesting things and showed us a lot too! In general, we are delighted with it! the child still recognizes in the photo)))))))))))))) there are no discos near the house) it is very calm and quiet) there is a summer kitchen! we cooked it ourselves) there is also an ironing board with an iron))))) in general - everything is worthy!))) Have a nice trip and a lot of impressions!
были во второй половине мая 2012 года. все нам понравилось. номера очень уютные! сан узел в комнате. и вещи есть куда положить. и кондиционер(работал почти сутками))) ночью было еще прохладно,ставили на обогрев! рядом речка! вечером необыкновенно красивые переливы лягушек! как стемнеет, маленькие огоньки начинают мелькать! светлячи))) мы с малышом их сбивали лодошками в траву,что бы поймать))) необыкновенно красиво!! вокруг цитрусовый сад! ароматыыы!) не описать))) рядом много магазинчиков с продуктами. до моря мин 10-15,смотря в какую сторону идти) мы ходили к четырехэтажкам,нам там больше понравилось, рядом с пляжем кафе) с красиым мини прудиком с рыбами!))))) подальше тоже есть кафе пляжное) народа мало было!) нам повезло) до пицунды и гагры ездит автобус по расписанию(оно висит на остановке) передвигались без проблем)))) хозяйка очень радушная и приветливая по имени Ирма))) кстати! отдельно хочу отметить))) если хотите на экскурсии, у Ирмы есть замечательный экскурсовод Роман! Просите только ЕГО!!! не пожалеете!!!! очень веселый человек-не соскучишься! ооочень много рассказал нам интересного и показал тоже ооочень много! в общем мы от него в восторге!!!! ребенок до сих на фото узнает)))))))))))))) рядом с домиком дискотек нет) очень спокойно и тихо) есть летняя кухня! мы готовили сами) есть и гладильная доска с утюжком))))) в общем - все достойно!))) приятных вам путешествий и море впечатлений!
