1. The promised is NOT EQUAL to the actual. The duration of all excursions is reduced by 1.5-2 times. Promised 4 hours - in fact 2.5. Promised an hour, in fact - 15 MINUTES!!!
2. Guide Olga Efimets allowed herself to ignore questions and avoid answers and complaints from vacationers. And also rudely scolded the entire bus as first-graders, for being late (which happened due to the fault of such a terrible organization. When you pay 17 euros per person to climb the Montparnasse tower and you are promised 1 hour! in fact you are brought at 20-10 and they say to be already at the bus at 20-40!!! Taking into account the queue for the entrance, we got to this tower only at 20-40!!! Count for yourself)
3. No timing is written anywhere. If you are going on a tour with this company, get ready for the fact that every 4 hours you will be given 10 minutes to eat and go to the toilet. This is taking into account the fact that there are 46 people in the bus!!!
4. 4 countries announced in the tour. Poland was left out due to “lack of time”.
On the way back, the country of the Czech Republic (Prague city) - 2 hours were allocated !!!!! Although promised according to the guide, departure at 13 o'clock - 14 o'clock, in fact at 10-15.
4. The trip to Versailles was epic:
- promised 4 hours with the road, in fact, taking into account the road, it was 2 hours 25 minutes originally planned! At the same time, there were no emergency situations, they originally planned such a duration of the excursion.
- tickets were not booked for us in advance, we stood in a general queue !!! Of the 2 hours left from 2-45 after the road, we stood in this queue for an hour! Although all the other organized tours went straight to the hall! Please note that this was promised by the guide when paying for the tour!
- our local guide was also not bought a license to conduct an excursion. 5 minutes after entering Versailles, our local guide was arrested.
- there was no tour of the gardens of Versailles, respectively
- and as it turned out (BE CAREFUL HERE WHEN CHOOSING YOUR TOUR), the tour of Versailles was announced: 30 euros per person for taking us to the place, a tour of Versailles + gardens of Versailles, booked tickets and skip-the-line access (17 euros entrance ticket). It turned out that the tour of Versailles is an audio guide that is issued at the entrance to Versailles (WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY TICKET !!!). It is also interesting that those tourists who did not buy an excursion were brought to Versailles

As a result, a collective complaint was written for a refund for the tour (by everyone who paid for it - about 20 people). At the moment there are no results yet from the chord tour.

If you are already planning to go - go for a walk! Never take a tour! This is just a collection of money without any responsibility.
