from Kharkov we got to Lvov, stopped at terminal A. We really liked the hotel, very tasty cuisine. In the morning we all got on the bus, nothing foreshadowed sadness. The first suspicions began when the guide from the chord tour began to read from a leaf, skipping, forgetting what he was talking about. The whole bus began to look at each other, there were doubts that this was not a guide at all, but whose manager was put on a tour, for not having other options. Okay, these are trifles, the mood is good - we go further. At the border in Poland, it turned out that it was impossible to transport products of animal origin, so all stocks of food were sent to the trash, even sandwiches. Okay, those are the rules. We're going to Krakow, and we'll eat there (naive))). It turns out that you need to make a transfer from the Ukrainian bus to the Polish one (it is interesting that the driver did not understand Ukrainian and Russian, and the guide was Polish, then this will also play an important role). And here we are at the gas station, waiting for a transfer. Our bus has left, we are standing at the gas station, the sun is hot, we are waiting, we have been waiting for more than an hour. Well, it happens that we were not upset and waited patiently. At this time, they tried to find out from the guide about exchange offices, some advice on staying in a foreign country. But she, Tatyana, could not answer anything that was not written on a piece of paper. Ok) The bus arrived and we went) Arriving in Krakow, hungry but happy that we got at least somewhere, we were told that we have 40 minutes. Before the start of the tour, which was included in the price. Tanya, where can I exchange money? - I don't know where it is. Tanya, where can I eat? - I don't know where it is. In general, it's good that we had a credit card, we ran to the nearest cafe, explaining in broken English what we want. We had a quick snack and ran to the bus. The guide came, at first glance a pleasant woman, but how she loved herself. We were quickly led around, told about kings, etc. Looking ahead, I want to say that Krakow is a very beautiful city. But if I naively thought that we would have time to take pictures - I was wrong, everything was in a very big hurry. And if you turned away, then in a minute you already need to look for the group). In general, at the end, she says: - You have 30 minutes, and we meet at this place. You will think, wow, you can do a lot in 30 minutes. Of course, standing in the middle of an unfamiliar city, few places accept cards, you need to have time to find an exchange office (since the guide doesn’t know anything), find a cafe, and it’s the season, and everything is packed! Order and have time to bring the order to you, eat and run to the place. The races began) People stuffed themselves with food and beer. After all, let me remind you that at the border all the reserves were taken from us. In general, we were supposed to meet at 17.40. I went up, and my husband went for beer (as in the song). At 17.42 the guide and guide turn around and start to leave. I ask in a panic, but what about the rest, because not everyone has come yet. To which they answer me: We warned you not to be late. But this is a foreign city, and it is not so easy to find your way around and find your bus. Not though we were left with our frightened guide and the tour guide left. People were 3 minutes late! When we all approached, we went, but the guide was scared to read the names of the streets, she was here for the first time. Let's go further. We arrived at the hotel at 02.30, tired. Since Tatyana did not correctly explain the address of the hotel to the driver and we wandered on the bus in search of him. Long stay. We got into the room at 3.00. And the guide scheduled the tour for 8. thirty! Although other groups went to her at 10.00. To have a quiet breakfast and go. We said that we would rather walk around the city ourselves, and we did not regret it a bit. We saw much more, and our group was outraged at how everything went for them, they were lost, they confused the place of departure of the water bus, in the end no one got on it)))) If you want to go to Dresden or Saxon Switzerland, know : in addition to the excursion itself, you need to pay for a transfer to Dresden, i.e. another 26 euros per person!!!! i.e. Saxon Switzerland %3D 38 %2B 26 euros per person! And by the way, Tatyana, for lack of experience, very clearly tried to sell excursions !! I understand that this is her earnings, but it was so ridiculous and funny. We stayed in Prague and did not go anywhere. We visited the Prague Zoo on our own. I advise everyone!!! It's just a reserve, a huge area. But !!! Our morning began with a surprise, tears, and a nervous breakdown) We didn’t know what time our bus to Dresden leaves in the morning, so Tanya didn’t leave information at the information stand (as it turned out later, she left it in another place, near the elevator, but Most of us lived on the first floor, and the way to the room did not even pass through the elevator.Even the receptionist of the hotel did not know that the information was there))). In general, on this day we have a check-out from the hotel and in the evening we move to another town closer to the border with Poland, so we woke up at 7 in the morning. And I asked my husband to go find out what time our bus leaves for Dresden on an excursion, so as not to be left with bags on hand all day in Prague. When he got out, the bus was already running. And the other guide found out with Tanya, she again blunted something. The husband was told to run after the bags. He ran into the room, in a couple of minutes we just crowded things into bags and he ran out. . . . And I saw that the bus had already left. . . I'm in tears what do I do with big bags all day. After all, check-out from the hotel is at 10, and we didn’t know what time and where we meet in the evening. Having run around the entire hotel and seeing our tourists, we learned about the meeting point. At 19.00 on the other side of the city, but the truth is near the metro. After all, there is a viber, why not make a newsletter to your tourists in the evening (In general, we went to this place, found luggage storage there, paid 8 euros to leave our luggage until the evening. Then everything was more or less according to plan, but I really didn’t like that boarding the bus (about 40 people), we asked for a stop about an hour later at a gas station, as the men drank beer) And when we were passing, the driver showed Tanya, they say we are stopping. She said no! And there was no next stop for another hour, until the whole bus started cursing. In general, upon arrival home, no one even called us and did not apologize. Although we called everyone while sitting in a hotel in tears on our suitcases. . . . After talking with friends, I found out that we are not the first. An employee sent her mother on a trip to Hungary for 2 days. And already at the border they found out that the driver did not have a Hungarian visa, and for 7 hours they waited at the gas station for another bus.
