Good day. I want to write a review of how I spent my trip with the Accord-Tour Company !!! I'll start from the very beginning.

I must say right away that the company itself is normal (this is my opinion).

For 5 days to see - Budapest, Vienna, Verona, Venice - it's quite difficult.

The company has dealt with it. The route is well chosen.

Drivers from GOD, professionals in their field.

Briefly - about the tour itself. The tour is excellent, thank you "Accord-Tour". I really liked to enjoy the beauty of lovely countries and cities. Trust me folks, it's worth it.

The price is adequate. The tour is busy.

Now, about the trip itself.

"Beautiful GUIDE - Marinka"

As soon as we arrived in Lviv, exhausted, tired, we ran quickly to a cafe to drink coffee and wake up, recharge our batteries. Just bought everything - the guide calls - where are you, what are you. "Mi you chekaemo". Are we like that? It turns out that we should have jumped from the train to the bus. Although we were given other information (that the departure from the railway station in Lviv at 8-30 to Terminal "A") We think okay, God is with you. It happens. We ran to the Bus, the guide - quickly, quickly, do not smoke, do not drink coffee. So they all left. We think well, let's hurry. Let's bring the group...

We arrived at the terminal, it is beautiful, cozy, convenience and prices are adequate. Everyone managed to charge (phones, chargers, and so on). We drank coffee calmly. Relaxed.

And then we are informed - that our flight is delayed by an hour.

Question - why was it in a hurry?

Well, then they explained the reason for the delay. Finally we sat down and drove off.

We arrived in Budapest. Excursion "Charm of night Budapest"

These are all free sightseeing tours.

Guide of Budapest - all clearly told, showed. I like it. Super! Then we took a walk and enjoyed ourselves. Gathered, arrived - settled in the hotel. The hotel is normal, but who knows where. The breakfasts are great, you can have a hearty breakfast.

We arrived in Vienna. Excursion "Vienna - the capital of the Habsburgs". The woman is pleasant, even very. Such a wonderful person. And how much she loves her job, that when telling her country, you want to listen and listen. After that they said - walk, enjoy, buy and so on. She said - the guide Marina herself.

We had already booked an additional tour in the evening.

"Vienna - retellings and legends" (well, we ordered a lot of things - but that's later)

So that you understand - the weather was as follows - 10 degrees, wind 25 m / s.

We approached the "Marinka" We say - Marina, tell me - is it possible to transfer this money and pay extra for another excursion. So how cold it blows, shopping bags.

ANSWER - MARINKI - I will not return the money, I will not transfer it to another excursion either. Do whatever you want with your purchases.

We think we'll go. Let's go and meet the Woman who was doing the sightseeing tour in the afternoon. Once again we were convinced that the Guide to Vienna is super. We walked and saw a lot.

The price list indicates - that after the tour - we will be treated to Viennese coffee.

The answer is the Guide of Vienna - this is not provided.

We understand that she is not to blame.

Weather - 12, wind, arms and legs do not feel because of the frost.

Okay…. Dear Marina, was it really impossible to say - guys, it's cold, let's transfer the money to another excursion. Think about us, not about money...

So no - go freeze.

Okay. God is with you, probably... We got on the bus. Discussed.

And we thought - why do we need this. And what will happen next.

In Italy, in the morning - we, simply, in quantitative terms, took all the "euro" for all additional trips and transfers. Whatever you understand - this is in the number of people - not 100 and not 500 euros, but more)))))

"Marinka" - of course did not expect. But it's her own fault. They would have transferred the money - to another excursion, added it and would not have taken anything away.

And everyone would be happy. But THANK GOD!!! That we took the money.

Had a sightseeing tour of Italy - Super guide, especially her accent and 30% Italian. It was nice and we all understood. Showed more than enough.

Then we walked, sat in a cafe, skimped, shopping, everything.

Moving, settling in Italy.

The hotel is not ice, breakfast is normal. In the morning we move to Venice. Seats all of us "Marinka" in the Ukrainian Bus, gives us the coordinates, a further meeting and we are kicked out of the bus. We took all the money, including the moving money. Oh my god, how scary...

The bottom line is - according to the rules of Europe. Option 2...

Option 1 - we go by a foreign bus to the pier, then to the boat - and veil we are in Venice. With the guide "Marinka" and with the whole group.

Option 2 - we go separately, we get ourselves. Although, according to the law, it is forbidden to expel Ukrainian tourists from the Ukrainian bus!!!! And this must be agreed in advance.

"Marinka" had to - say so. We put our things in our bus and go to the stop and get there. But she simplified, agreed with our bus and drivers.

That's right, well done, but you had no right to expel us from our bus.

As a result, we came out "PROUD ODESSITES" and not only us.

What happens is that we are in a foreign country, somewhere in Italy, they abandoned us and left, and you do what you want. If you don't arrive on time for the bus, we'll leave. You will drive to Budapest on your own....

Marina are you normal at all? I think no.

Well, we are proud - we did not lower ourselves. And your self-esteem.

The cost of moving was 26 euros. We refused to move. They took the money.

Guys, you won't believe it...

The fare to the pier cost us 3 euros. Boat - we asked for another group and paid - 8 euros (for 8 euros - there and back), this is if there are more than 20 tourists in the group.

As a result, the cost of moving - it cost us 11 euros. And people paid 26 euros………….

The fun part was getting off the bus and some hee-hee, ha-ha, that's what you want (in your mind).

And yourself, excuse me, how "Fuckers" overpaid every 15 euros. And that's just on the move.

We were not expected, they did a free review - without us, although this is not correct and not beautiful.

We managed to do everything ourselves, we saw everything, we bought everything we wanted.

And in time, we arrived at our destination, went to Budapest. Then Jaeger and already to Ukraine.

On the same day. This is my story - about our true path ....

Dear tourists of our sweet and beautiful country "Ukraine"

Trust this Firm. She is perfect in everything. But with the GUIDES who travel with you, ask everything clearly and richly. Do not agree to additional excursions - if you begin to doubt it. Do not see each other on occasion at the GUIDE. This is her job and income.

Be happy and persistent on tours. Peace to you and our Ukraine.

Now I am writing you a letter - "My Beloved MARINKA KULIK"

Before working on chord tours, think about the reputation of your company.... I understand that everyone wants to make money.

But you do not know how to beautifully and intelligently present information to your tourists. And because of people like you and people like you, the Company's rating is very low and will fall until you learn to inform in full and correctly...

Maybe I'm wrong. But from my side, and not only from my side, it looked exactly like that. Attitude - to us, especially after the return of money. What did you say about us on the bus, God knows. But the tourists who traveled with us. They changed their faces and looked at us as enemies of the people.

To be honest, Marina is very unpleasant to me that you treated us like a herd. Maybe you don't like Russian speakers??? Maybe you don't respect them???

So I'll tell you!!! Until you learn to respect yourself and us, there will be no rest and peace in Ukraine. I lived for a year in Lvov. The city itself is beautiful and the people are adequate and kind.

Although some of you are already on the same list, these are the people who hate and do not like Russian-speakers, although we are all citizens of Ukraine. And we must respect each other. Whatever language we speak.

My tour doesn't end there. So, as the tour "AGON" and with you, we will meet again. Until we meet again, in new tours Marina))) You will be happy))) Seeing Us))) Soon we are going to France, Marina…….

I wish you good, Marina, a clear sky above your head, peace, oh, everything is good with you)))
