False promises before the entrance to the border, (maybe it makes sense for you to read similar reviews on the net, there are a lot of them). Excursions are only ACCORD's earnings! For example, a trip to Venice for girls on local transport cost 5 euros, from all they collected 18. The guide accidentally let it slip that in 3 * we were all fed a cheap and tasteless breakfast.
Fourth and last trip with ACCORD TOUR! , paid a lot of money and brought us a lot of unpleasant surprises!
Be careful ! I do not recommend.

Thank you for such a glowing review. However, it is not true for many reasons.
First of all:
"Tour operator Siesta. 3 days fooled" Not quite so.
The application from the agent was received by us on August 14, 2018, and on August 15, 2018 it was already canceled due to the impossibility of confirming it.
We have official correspondence as bookings are made in our online system by logging every action and the agent can show you the whole history of the booking if he wants to.
Secondly: The travel agency with which you booked the tour was obliged to inform you (as part of the intermediary services, the Travel Agent, according to the contractual terms between the Tour Operator and Touraget, is obliged to inform about all the features and nuances of the tour) that you booked a tour for high dates. In such months, the desired hotels are not always available. We always offer an alternative. But, you had a strict budget.
Also, you should have been warned that the ticket in the cost of the tour included the minimum fare. It is possible when booking on clearly booked dates. Your tour dates were different. Therefore, the tariff was requested in the system on a general basis.
I am very sorry that my company caused you such a negative emotion, in which you, not knowing people, call them bastards.

Во-первых:
"Туроператор Сиеста. 3 дня морочили голову" Не совсем так.
Заявка от агента поступила к нам 14.08.2018 г., а 15.08.2018 - она уже была аннулирована, на основании невозможности ее подтверждения.
Мы имеем официальную переписку, так как бронировки осуществляются в нашей он-лайн системе путем регистрации каждого действия , и агент может, если захочет, показать вам всю историю заявки.
Во-вторых: Туристическое агентство, у которого вы бронировали тур, обязано было донести до вашего сведения ( в рамках посреднических услуг Турагент согласно договорных условий между Туроператором и Турагетом обязан информировать о всех особенностях и ньюансах тура ), что вы бронировали тур на высокие даты. В такие месяцы желаемые отели не всегда имеются в наличии. Всегда предлагаем альтернативу. Но, у вас был строгий бюджет.
Так же, вас должны были предупредить, что билет в стоимости тура заложен по минимальному тарифу. Он возможен при бронировке на четко забукировпаные даты. Даты же вашего тура были иными. Поэтому тариф запрашивался в системе на общих основаниях.
Мне очень жаль, что моя компания вызвала у вас такую отрицательную эмоцию, при которой вы не зная людей , называете их сволочами.
Но, смею вас уверить! Моя команда - одна из самых профессиональных на этом рынке, а фирма обслуживает тысячи клиентов уже более 15 лет!
