Flight 199 (08/20/2017 - 08/27/2017), I want to tell you how I ruined my vacation, initially the bus was not ready for such a long trip because it broke already in Warsaw, and we had to join another group (which was very " glad to see us). We saw our bus only in Sweden. On our first excursion in Sweden, we had to go for half an hour by public transport (which was not mentioned in the tour description) and our bus remained near the hotel. The bus on which we traveled was not cleaned, and the windows were terribly dirty and no one responded to our request to wash the windows.
We chose a tour without night crossings, but this tour is difficult to call it that, there were days when we slept 4 hours a day.
The head of the group is an incompetent worker who was silent all the time and knew nothing Vsevolod Nevsky.
We used to go on tours from Accord, but now something has changed a lot (this year I found a lot of negative reviews on the Internet, because they delete such reviews on their website).
I came to the conclusion that the Accord began to work on the number of tours (as a conveyor) but not on the quality (just read the reviews of the Accord employees). My group and I agreed to write our impressions of the tour on the Accord website (and we did), but none of our reviews were published. So we can conclude that only good reviews are left on the site (maybe they write them themselves) In general, such a spoiled vacation ..... A pity .... We will look for an alternative

Another very ugly remark. In general, it seems that for Igor Vasilyevich diesel (diesel fuel) is more important than tourists and business in general. Diesel is expensive. Although according to the terms of the tour and according to him, the bus was supposed to pick up all the vacationers on the Boomerang just before evening. Especially since people paid 70 UAH by the end of the day. VERY, VERY UNACCEPTABLE MOMENT, Igor Vasilyevich!

Сніданок - Косино (термальний комплекс - 7 Королівських саун та 7 басейнів) або відпочинок на Дійдівському озері (зона відпочинку «Бумеранг») - ужин.
Ще одне дуже негарне зауваження. Взагалі, складається таке враження, що для Ігоря Васильовича солярка (диз паливо) важливіша, ніж туристи і взагалі весь бізнес. Солярка дорога. Хоча згідно з умовами туру і з його словами, всіх відпочиваючих на Бумеранзі бусик мав забрати якраз до вечора. Тим більше, що люди заплатили по 70грн до кінця дня. ДУЖЕ і ДУЖЕ НЕПРИЙМАЛЬНИЙ МОМЕНТ, Ігоре Васильовичу!
