I ordered a tour from Accord in advance (through the Otdykh company 100%) on February 27 !!! The date has been chosen April 15th! I wanted to take my mother and girlfriend abroad for the first time! We immediately bought round-trip train tickets, pillows under the neck for the journey, things, food ... Mom and her friend took 5 days at their own expense .... she told all her friends, neighbors, colleagues that she was going abroad for the first time .. On April 11, they call me from the "100% Tour" and say that the group did not meet on April 15! We started picking up something for us. similar tour, BUT!!! in the new tour, the time of arrival at the station did not match ..... I had to change tickets, but the tickets were all sold out ..... for this date ... I ALSO WERE OFFERED TO PAY 50 EURO for other tours .... In general, a crap mood a month ahead.... I wanted to come and set fire to their office... Naturally, we didn't go anywhere.... And now we don't know which new operator is better to cooperate with! Maybe somebody. will recommend a good tour. operator ..and a good tour. company in Kharkov?!!! I will be very grateful!!!!!
The hotel did not provide your operator Coral-Travel, and the agency does not have a direct contract with the hotel. Therefore, all your claims should be directed to Coral Travel, which should resolve your issue (of course, through your company). And it was Coral Travel who confirmed the booking to your company, and then did not fulfill the terms of the Agreement.
Отель не предоставил Ваш оператор Корал-Тревел, а агентство не имеет прямого договора с отелем. Поэтому все ваши претензии должны быть направлены именно в Корал-Тревел, который и должен решать Ваш вопрос (конечно же через вашу фирму). И именно Корал Тревел подтвердил бронирование вашей фирме, а потом не выполнил условия Договора.
