I ordered a tour from Accord in advance (through the Otdykh company 100%) on February 27 !!! The date has been chosen April 15th! I wanted to take my mother and girlfriend abroad for the first time! We immediately bought round-trip train tickets, pillows under the neck for the journey, things, food ... Mom and her friend took 5 days at their own expense .... she told all her friends, neighbors, colleagues that she was going abroad for the first time .. On April 11, they call me from the "100% Tour" and say that the group did not meet on April 15! We started picking up something for us. similar tour, BUT!!! in the new tour, the time of arrival at the station did not match ..... I had to change tickets, but the tickets were all sold out ..... for this date ... I ALSO WERE OFFERED TO PAY 50 EURO for other tours .... In general, a crap mood a month ahead.... I wanted to come and set fire to their office... Naturally, we didn't go anywhere.... And now we don't know which new operator is better to cooperate with! Maybe somebody. will recommend a good tour. operator ..and a good tour. company in Kharkov?!!! I will be very grateful!!!!!
Eat yourself. Now planes fly everywhere from Kharkov ... it’s not worth going across half the country to Lvov, so that later you can rumble around Europe in a bus. It's tiresome.
Едьте сами. Сейчас из Харькова самолеты куда только не летают... не стоит серез полстраны ехать до Львова, чтоб потом в автобусе тарахтеть по Европе. Это утомительно.

For many years in Kharkov I have been applying for travel services to the company Vsezhdu Budu. Larisa Anatolyevna (director), Ira and Marina are excellent specialists. The firm is located near the Pushkin Theatre.
Through them once and Accord bought. They also canceled the tour, they suggested a new one with a FABULOUS surcharge, I was also worried, but Ira contacted Accord, defended the fact that we would not pay the surcharge, etc. We were lucky with tickets to Lviv - we didn’t have to change them.
All other trips, tours in which I bought in Everywhere Buda were on top.
Now I want to take the bus again, but I read the reviews and strongly doubt ....

Уже много лет в Харькове обращаюсь за туристическими услугами в фирму Всюду Буду. Лариса Анатольевна (директор), Ира и Марина - отличные специалисты. Фирма находится возле театра Пушкина.
Через них однажды и Аккорд покупала. Тоже отменили тур, тредлагали новый с ОФИГЕННОЙ доплатой, тоже переживала, но Ира связывалась с Аккордом, отстояла тот факт, что доплату мы платить не будем и т.д. С билетами на Львов повезло - менять не пришлось.
Все остальные поездки, туры в которые покупала во Всюду Буду были на высоте.
Сейчас опять хочу в автобусный, но начиталась отзывов и сильно сомневаюсь....
