To everyone who will read reviews about any operator or company !!!
You must understand - people will quickly write some kind of dirty trick - than they will praise. If all is well, it will warm the soul silently. If something did not work out, or did not live up to expectations, it should be thrown out to everyone on 10 pages.
We bought a tour from ACCORD for the first time. Everything went great. The group on the bus was sane and adequate. Toilets visited quickly, gathered everywhere quickly. Maya, the chaperone, may have been a bit inexperienced, but she kept everyone disciplined and tough. The bus was ok, the drivers were ok.
Now we have ordered another tour, I hope to get a group.
Accord annually sends tens of thousands of people on a trip, there are 100 negative reviews here.
I'm not the caretaker of the company and I don't know anyone closely...
But you have to be objective.

Испорчен отдых более 40 человек в нашем случае , некомпетентность компании , одностороннее изменение инфо листа , неуважение к отдыхающим навязывание условий компании и это только в нашем случае , а чем вы говорите )). Это - контора дно ! ))
mhmiroslava You really just got lucky! And not with a tour operator, but with a group. When a normal self-organized group happens, which does not need a "shepherd", then good impressions remain from the trip, without memories of the "organizer". However, it often happens that it is necessary to organize and provide at least what was promised in the advertisement, and here the chord has no equal in hopelessness! not calculated so that the promised excursions could squeeze in between journeys ... And the guides according to the training manual - "if we quickly pass the border", "if the weather does not let us down", "if there are no traffic jams", etc. You will say (as they say) - so it's "impossible to predict"!? So imagine that most areas of activity cope with similar "problems", otherwise everyone, and you, too, would have no time for rest.

Когда случается нормальная самоорганизованная группа, которой не нужен "пастух", то хорошие впечатления остаются от путешествия, без воспоминаний об "организаторе". Однако часто бывает необходимо именно организовать и обеспечить как минимум - обещанное в рекламе, и вот тут у аккорда нет равных в безнадежности!... То гид "неопытный", то автобус "после ужасной группы" не приведен в порядок, и даже теоретически логистика не просчитана так, чтоб обещанные экскурсии могли втиснуться во время между переездами... А у гидов по методичке - "если быстро пройдем границу", "если не подведет погода", "если не будет пробок", и т.д. Вы скажете (как и они говорят) - так это-же "невозможно предсказать"!? Так вот представьте себе, что большинство сфер деятельности справляются с аналогичными "проблемами", иначе всем, и Вам тоже было бы не до отдыха.
