I bought the tour "Shine of Turkish Lights" with the hope of visiting Istanbul with a departure on October 13 from Lviv. And on October 3, information comes that this tour will not take place. Instead, they offered tours that were in July (when this one was purchased, they were much cheaper). Naturally, compensation for the damage (bought tickets to Chernivtsi) no one thought to offer. Apologizing is also not in their rules. What can I say? - Do not contact this travel agency - the concept of "guaranteed tours" does not exist for them.
