Bought the tour not on the first try. first they chose a tour and when the manager started to arrange it, the price suddenly increased by 2 times.
after a while they again chose a tour, they decided to take it in installments. we were told that it was less likely that we would be thrown. We took shape somewhere 2 months before departure. as a result, a week before departure, we are told that the tour will not be completed and offer options that are not suitable for the countries we visit, and even with a surcharge of 100 euros! when trying to call the manager is rude and hangs up. a trip for the holidays, the mood is all spoiled!
what did you see as the problem? All travel agencies take 100% prepayment. Believe me, if they took the money, then everything is in order, because they are already obliged under the contract. On the contrary, if they do not take an advance payment, or take a part, then there is a very high chance that they will somehow throw it later. So have a happy holiday. I am writing from Montenegro right now. Here the beauty and the weather has developed as always for two weeks, not a single cloud. We did not take through Panoskop, but our friends will just fly in from them. They seem to have the best prices.
а в чем Вы увидели проблему? все турагентства берут 100% предоплату. Поверьте, если они взяли деньги, то все в порядке, поскольку уже обязаны по договору. Наоборот, если не берут предоплату, или берут часть, то очень большой шанс, что потом как-то кинут. Так что счастливого отдыха. Я как раз сейчас пишу из Черногории. Тут красота и с погодой сложилось как всегда за две недели ни одной тучки. Мы брали не через Panoskop, но наши друзья как раз прилетят от них. Вроде б у них самые лучшие цены.

Сколько ездили, обычно вносили предоплату, нам подтверждали бронь. после этого вносили остальную часть. Здесь вносили всю сумму, а после этого получали подтверждение брони отеля. Это и волновало, что деньги внесены, а подтверждения брони нет.

не знаю, я попросил девочку менеджера что могу внести сначала часть ,а потом остальное через 2-3 недели. часть уже оплатил, и до конца июля остаток оплачу. едим с семьей в крым в августе. как по мне то нормальная фирма. приеду напишу как сьездили
