Algol is a complete negative

In February 2013, we managed to purchase an excursion tour "Prague + Dresden (travneviy)" in TF Algol. There was no such disgusting organization of the tour in my ten-year tourist practice !!!! I strongly recommend to the head of the group, Sergey, to change the type of activity, since with his amorphousness, passivity and irresponsibility, he only caused general irritation. Thanks to unfortunate drivers Roman and Ruslan, we constantly got lost on the roads of Prague and Dresden. As a result, all excursions were reduced in time, the entire planned daily routine was crumpled and mixed up. After a night move, instead of a morning check-in at the declared hotel within Prague, we were settled only in the evening on the outskirts of Prague (again, for about 40 minutes, the drivers were looking for a hotel). We washed and tried to somehow put ourselves in order, changed clothes (the weather changed, it got colder and it started to rain), we were in some roadside cafe. We kindly ask the management of the company not to put such drivers on foreign tours and supply them not with one navigator (which they endlessly broke down), but with three (+ a printout of a map of the area along which the route is planned), teach them to control the amount of fuel in time and other consumables! Learn to adequately get out of emerging overlays, but not at the expense of tourists. I would NEVER recommend this company to all my family and friends!
