Not only that, the drivers did not know the road, and even using the navigator they could not determine where to go. Because of what we spent a lot of time on the road and did not get on half of the excursions. The guide constantly changed excursions and everyone was already confused where to go. To which the guide himself said that it was not his fault and he did not need to complain (and to whom, then, should we complain if not a representative of the company?). Hotels were also changed twice, and we already learned about this on the bus itself. Free time was given no more than 1-1.5 hours. During this time, it is almost impossible to see something. Moreover, at this time it was also necessary to have time to eat!

The hotel, which is the number of bookings for your group, was unable to provide the required number of rooms due to technical faults. The Natomist group was settled in other hotels. It is respectful that the hotels were chosen by significantly better minds of living as compensation for the tasks of incompetence.

Готель, який був заброньований для Вашої групи, через технічні несправності не зміг надати необхідну кількість номерів. Натомість група була поселена в інші готелі. Зауважимо, що готелі були обрані зі значно кращими умовами проживання як компенсація за завдані незручності.
