I want to complain: we are modern people, we use the Internet, we trust the websites of tour companies, we book a hotel for ourselves and we want to book a ride.
So I did this, I booked a hotel in Primorsko, knowing that only Algol takes that far (before I booked, I looked on the website - everything is in force, they are taking it all the way to Tsarevo, but then I decided to call back and ask again (called Copernicus to the office) and then they also confirmed me) I booked a hotel to celebrate, paid and was going to order a move.
I come to the company, and firstly they tell me that they are being taken only to SOZOPOL! (this is 25 km from Primorsko) and the price is completely different than on the website for the move!!!
And what does this mean - I have no way out, everything has already been paid for (the hotel) and yet Algol is the luckiest of all ... I have to order either a transfer from Algol, or I spend it on a taxi !!!
Algol staff! Management!
HOW SO? We live in the 21st century! And you are deceiving people (okay, just a website) and by phone, your Agents do not have information at all! And is it a service?
If you hadn't carried the farthest, I would not hesitate to refuse your services.

Each hotel has an administration that can help you with any question. If you missed something in your room, why didn't you contact the hotel administration or call our managers?
Regarding food - we will definitely notify the hotel to diversify the diet.
About the pool. At the time of your vacation, there was a thunderstorm as a result of which the administration changed the water in the pool.
Regarding the notification by managers in time of information on your shipment, work will be carried out.

Мы очень трепетно относимся к комфорту каждого туриста на протяжении всего отдыха. И приносим свои извинения, что во время вашей поездки, не все прошло гладко.
Обращу Ваше внимание, что Ваш отдых проходил в самый разгар сезона.
Перед поездкой - менеджеры оповестили Вас, что бы будете ехать на маленьком комфортном автобусе с кондиционером (обращу ваше внимание - в большинстве случаев маленькие автобусы не имеют его)
Согласно правилам любой гостиницы, существует расчетный час. Перед заселением туристов в номера,гостиница всегда их убирает. На момент Вашего приезда - ваш номер еще подготавливался и Вам предоставили временный номер,чтобы Вы не ожидали на территории. разве это плохо?
В каждой гостинице есть администрация, которая может Вам помочь по любому вопросу. Если Вам чего-то не хватало в номере, то почему Вы не обратились к администарции гостиницы или не позвонили нашим менеджерам?
По поводу питания - мы обязательно оповестим гостиницу разнообразить рацион.
Насчет Бассейна. В момент Вашего отдыха, была гроза в результате чего - в бассейне администрация меняла воду.
По поводу оповещения менеджерами вовремя информации по вашему отправлению - будет обязательно проведена работа.
Наша компания всегда очень старается принести туристам удовольствие и положительные эмоции.
