The leader of the group (accompanying) Vera did not give us information about what country we were in, whether we crossed the border, etc. She also could not express her thoughts. Schoolchildren from Rivne were traveling with us. Behaved very noisy (to put it mildly) and arrogantly. Faith did not react to this disgrace in any way. A blitz tour with night crossings is already hard to endure, and the behavior of children aggravated this situation even more. They littered the bus a lot and did not react to the comments (note) of the drivers either. In general, the accompanying person is just awful, we were not lucky ((((There was also such a nuance: the tour operator takes 20 euros for excursions at once, which, even if we don’t order, are not returned. Therefore, we had to order one excursion for 16 euros. Then we decided that we can pay another 4 euros to the remaining 4 euros and order a transfer to Schonbrunn Castle (it costs 8 euros), to which we were refused and said that these 4 euros simply disappear.But we thought that there would really be a transfer, but it turns out the same bus, designed for 40 people, took 8 people to this castle.So why not take us?In Budapest, we were also unlucky. We did not order the program "Budapest in illumination" we had an hour of time to walk, see the sights. But we couldn’t do this either, since the bus took us to the very last pier and from there, of course, you won’t get anywhere in 1 hour.
