We used the services of this travel agency - a two-day tour to Budapest for the New Year. The impression was not bad, in general, adequate value for money, and everything was fine until the head of the group Irina Serbenyuk forgot to pick us up from the place she indicated. We arrived in advance, she changed the meeting place at the last minute. On their own in a foreign city they reached a changed point, waited 2 hours. She just forgot about us and we did not take advantage of the tour, through which we went on this trip, having previously paid 20 E.

She did not provide any explanations or apologies after the incident. At the same time she refused to return the money. She behaved inappropriately, she got lost in her own lie, for some reason they forgot about us. After a night of clarifications with her and negotiations, Algol was returned to the office !!! 18 Є.

No one took into account our costs for the subway, roaming and the fact that an employee of Algol ruined the celebration of the New Year.

Such an organization of the trip and the boorish attitude of the employees of Algol is not worth a euro, not to mention the amount I spent on the New Year's tour.

For my money, they ruined the holiday, the mood, and got on my nerves.

Elena, there are a lot of positive moments, and one of the most significant and pleasant is communication with your managers. And at the same time, this hotel was positioned as 5 stars, but in my understanding, 5 stars are not swollen and fallen off walls in the rooms and corridors of the hotel, and the biggest negative from the Egyptian employees of the anex tour, they do not earn tips, they either brazenly deceive tourists, or just begging for money. I hope you consider my wishes, and perhaps help me plan my next vacation!
