I went on tour 24.06 "Weekend in European style". First, let me talk a little about the negative points. The visa application was poorly organized. Before buying the Algol tour, I used the services of the Accord Tour, then I decided to try to go with another company. I would like to contact the representatives of "Algol" - if I buy a tour, then I want them to provide me with a comfortable visa application for my money. At the last moment, it turned out that Algol did not have a representative in the Dnieper, they did not have time to arrange insurance, as a result, they had to arrange it themselves on the spot and stand in line for delivery, run around to pay the fee, etc. As it turned out, the attractive phrase on the site - "Vizova podtrimka" - is just a check of my documents by the company. In fact, this is another collection of money, because.

I can check the documents myself (this is not the first time I collect), but the quality of your service leaves much to be desired (when the question arose about changing the amount on the bank account - because the tour has changed and the number of days too, respectively, the amount on the account should be different) - almost before going to the visa office, your employee warned through the manager that you need to change the certificate. Fortunately, I already did it myself without your prompting. Understand that if a person buys a tour, then he first of all thinks that this will help him simplify the procedure for submitting documents. But in fact, it turns out that with this approach, you can book a hotel yourself on booking, buy bus tickets, add the necessary information and go yourself separately from the travel agency - there will not be much difference.

Consider this moment so that you have representatives in the visa centers who will submit documents themselves, and the tourist will simply come to take fingerprints.

Now let's move on to the good. The tour itself was great. The leader of the group is very smart: additional excursions were not imposed on anyone, she communicated respectfully with each tourist, handed out maps, explained everything in detail, helped and even (which is surprising and pleasant for me on a bus tour!) Allowed one tourist to issue a free tax at the border.

In general, the impressions from the tour are positive, but if the company does not take care of its tourists before the trip, then I will no longer travel through Algol. Still, the tour provides for complete comfort in planning a vacation, and not the settlement of visa issues on your own.

Now about the negatives you have left from the process of preparing documents and applying for a visa.
First of all, let me emphasize the fact that you booked a tour with our agent and received all the information from him, and not directly from us.

On our website, the tour program contains an exhaustive list of services included in the "Visa Support", and among these services, the tourist is not accompanied by a representative of the tour operator to the visa center. Absent for the reason that according to the rules of security of the visa center, I quote: "Accompanying people are not allowed in the Visa Application Center - friends, relatives, colleagues, etc., except when the presence of an escort is necessary (accompanying the elderly, disabled, children)."
Insurance. The original insurance policy is submitted to the visa center.
It is not a problem for us to issue an insurance policy, but it is impractical to send it across half the country when we send all other documents to our agents by e-mail. Therefore, in such cases, our agents draw up insurance policies themselves - accordingly, the insurance service is not ordered from us. In the document "Confirmation of the order" sent by us to the agent which contains the list of all services ordered by the agent for us from the tourist, the "Insurance" service is absent.

Amount in the bank account. At your request, we provide you with documentary evidence of timely informing us of the manager of the travel agency where you booked the tour, about the need to increase the amount in your bank account.

Thanks for the answer. But, as you said, the visa center is not allowed escorts. So why when I went through another tour operator he had a representative at the Visa Center and then I just came and gave the prints, and he had already submitted my documents? Does this rule apply only to individual tour operators? If others provide such a service, then think about what you can do to not burden tourists.
