He chose the company because he had already traveled from them to Bulgaria once. Since I didn't like the bus trip, this time I only booked a hotel and got there in my own car (for three people the fare is almost equal). I will say in advance that in the future I will also drive a car.
The cost of booking online on the company's website was the lowest compared to the available services (booking was more expensive). You could choose promotional offers. The choice of hotels and apartments is wide.
There were some difficulties with the managers, but one post on the forum was enough to normalize everything. Thanks to the management of the company - reacted immediately, my question was resolved (writing on the forum, thinking that they will cover their own, on the contrary - tried to solve the problem). So booking all the same through Online Bulgaria.
Accepted and accommodated in the hotel without any problems. The holiday was a success. I recommend.
