Do not go to Bulgaria with Algol !!!

If you decide to go to Bulgaria - I do not advise you to choose the company Algol. As for the rest and conditions in the hotel - everything was great, but the buses in this company are really faulty and often break! We did not have time to leave Lviv, as the bus on the way to Stryj broke down. Passengers pushed the bus to start. Fortunately, the company called a mechanic and somehow we left. At night in Romania, drivers got lost and drove more than 40 km, then returned. And all because there is no tired route, passengers are transported by the shortest roads, which are not always of good quality. By the way, many travel companies take tourists to the hotel, and we were dropped off in the center and told to look for their hotel. We took a taxi that took us 600 meters for 10 euros! When we came back, we walked with all our suitcases in the heat to a stop in the center. Fortunately, the bus arrived on time.

The fun started when we came back - instead of a day we drove 32 hours! The bus started breaking down again. It happened in the middle of the night, the drivers started repairing it and ruined the nut, we waited until the morning to find it in the grass, because the bus did not even have a normal flashlight. Then we barely drove at all, we got up at almost every step, the bus could not go even to the small hills. We passed a bunch of car repair shops, but we didn't stop anywhere to inspect the bus - you have to pay for it !!! And 4 km to the border with Romania, he stopped in the middle of the road, near a small village! We were dropped off in the heat at 12 o'clock while the drivers repaired it. The accompanying group called the company, but could not offer anything. In short - no organization! We were looking for another bus to change from 4 o'clock at night, but found nothing!

There were no sanitary stops from 3 am to 12 noon until we reached the customs. Drivers constantly stopped to pump up some valves. When we arrived in Ukraine - we started to break down again, we stopped at every step, and the company could not offer any alternative !!! We had to arrive in Lviv at 17-18 o'clock, and arrived at 12 o'clock at night - exhausted and exhausted !!! By the way, tourists traveling by the same company from Lutsk also broke down on the way to Bulgaria and back. Therefore, I think that for the company Algol it is not a coincidence.

Eduard83, the guide gave such information solely due to the fact that the airline postponed the departure time several times and it took time to search for hotels for tourists to move. In many hotels there were no places to check in the entire plane.
Also, the process of timing transfers also takes time. The work was done with the guide, on the issue of communication with the guests and a reprimand was made from the higher management. So that situations like this don't happen again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The tour operator knew and knows very well about the delays of the flights of the Bravo carrier (at least two weeks before us, people were settled in hotels due to the delay of the Bravo flight, this is what I 100% know). Therefore, it is quite sufficient to warn people that there is a high probability of a long flight delay anyway and that non-residents should not book train / bus tickets or book at a later date.
