We went on tour "Your beautiful weekend: Krakow, Prague, Vienna, Budapest" 30.12 - 02.01. I want to write at once if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not contact the company Algol.

Now for the points:

1) The program is not true. If you buy a tour and promise a New Year in Prague, then in reality the transit hotel is located 200 km from Prague, if you want to stay then get there yourself.

2) There is simply no organization of the tour: an hour in Vienna is reduced by 1 hour to catch a boat in Budapest, in fact, arriving in Budapest there were no seats on the boat and that hour the group was sitting on the bus, and who did not go on the boat, no one thought take people who do not go by boat to the hotel, so as not to sit 2 hours in the bus, or at least in the center of Budapest, because where the bus stopped is a sleeping area and there is nothing to do.

3) A tour of Krakow is just awful - we will not go there now closed, we will not go here either because it is too late, etc.

Manager Serhiy ran somewhere, saying that he would find a place now, and we stood in the aisle for our own money. There was no meat or side dishes there, only the remnants of sandwiches and apples. There were no DJs or Latin American dances - there weren't many, but there were about 100 retirees and the smell of mothballs and ambulances - one grandfather just got sick. I do not believe that the company Algol did not know that there will celebrate the New Year contingent over 70 years. Looking at all this nonsense, called a taxi back to his hotel, Sergei still had a conscience to tell us, and what you do not like, the Germans are happy.

There were many other disadvantages that I do not want to write about. We will meet with Algol in court for such a New Year.

And I absolutely agree with wwadim_i.
I have been traveling with Accord since 2010, sometimes 2 times a year. Everything suited me, there were no failed trips. Then suddenly the price began to rise, the quality began to deteriorate, the attendants were just on guard! (Where do they get them!). Add a permanent non-set of groups, extremely vague descriptions of tours, and somewhere just a lie ...
I went with them to the Balkans last year, I just really wanted to go there, but the main thing was that I had a Bulgarian visa, otherwise I would not have contacted. In the group on May 31 there were already the last places, and for June there were many more free ones. But Accord guaranteed that both tours would take place. We decided not to risk it and went to 39th and 40th places. On the remaining 41-46 and some in front were people from other tours.
Is it necessary to say that the tour was not going to take place in June?
Everything went more or less, but I had a lot of complaints about the Accord on this tour.
I'm not going to ride with him anymore.
Terminal A is generally a worthless undertaking, expensive, inconvenient, time wasted on the way back. It's good for the people of Kiev - they have a lot of trains, but what about those who have one and at an inconvenient time? Even 20 extra minutes can play a role here. If you want to get there on time - pay 150 UAH for a taxi!
But I remember how in 2011 Accord paid us a taxi from Chop to the gas station where the bus was parked...
Now many people travel by themselves, it is not so difficult to book plane and bus tickets on the Internet, book a hotel/hostel/apartment. People began to learn languages. Visa free, finally!
And the Accord even lost what was good at a fast pace ...
