We went on tour "Your beautiful weekend: Krakow, Prague, Vienna, Budapest" 30.12 - 02.01. I want to write at once if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not contact the company Algol.

Now for the points:

1) The program is not true. If you buy a tour and promise a New Year in Prague, then in reality the transit hotel is located 200 km from Prague, if you want to stay then get there yourself.

2) There is simply no organization of the tour: an hour in Vienna is reduced by 1 hour to catch a boat in Budapest, in fact, arriving in Budapest there were no seats on the boat and that hour the group was sitting on the bus, and who did not go on the boat, no one thought take people who do not go by boat to the hotel, so as not to sit 2 hours in the bus, or at least in the center of Budapest, because where the bus stopped is a sleeping area and there is nothing to do.

3) A tour of Krakow is just awful - we will not go there now closed, we will not go here either because it is too late, etc.

Manager Serhiy ran somewhere, saying that he would find a place now, and we stood in the aisle for our own money. There was no meat or side dishes there, only the remnants of sandwiches and apples. There were no DJs or Latin American dances - there weren't many, but there were about 100 retirees and the smell of mothballs and ambulances - one grandfather just got sick. I do not believe that the company Algol did not know that there will celebrate the New Year contingent over 70 years. Looking at all this nonsense, called a taxi back to his hotel, Sergei still had a conscience to tell us, and what you do not like, the Germans are happy.

There were many other disadvantages that I do not want to write about. We will meet with Algol in court for such a New Year.

First for the New Year - there was no music group there this time, there was also no place to sit for two, we stood in the aisle for twenty minutes while Sergei seemed to be running and solving the problem. On the other hand, I have photos and videos from this "New Year's party" if you can call it that, of course, where you can clearly see the empty stage and empty tables with dishes and the age category of all present + photos of the fast and old man who became ill. So we had the name of the hotel where the New Year will be, but no one said that it is 200 km from Prague and go there for 3 years, the program says just move to a transit hotel and where he understands. As for the taxi - why not immediately say when buying a tour that the New Year is not there in the hotel but on the other side of town (for the rest it was not, the taxi cost 502 crowns one way !!!, so for a taxi we paid another 500 crowns themselves).
As for the tourists who lost there, it was two women of retirement age who lived in that hotel and they had nothing to lose and the amount drunk drank for themselves. As for the general impression of the tour, the whole group, even those who, fortunately, did not get to the New Year and was not called a hotel with a New Year's party - everyone was promised a New Year in Prague and the whole group is dissatisfied. As for the tour of Budapest, this is also a lie - we just drove through the Heroes' Square without stopping, and arrived at the waterfront far from the center where the bus and stood for 2.5 hours.

In Budapest, a broken toilet and mosquitoes and a punctured shower, but it's probably just so lucky. So the other hotels were great. At the expense of Brno, people could not know that we still have 3 hours of thirst to torment. There was no strength left for the New Year. Good day. It is clear that it is simply impossible to recommend this company, judging by the number of comments of this institution. My problem was that I first encountered this company and only then began to look for reviews. The problems began with the embassy, ​​but before that it is worth noting that the problems could have been avoided with more attention to paperwork, but here in order. We booked the tour with our company, and upon arrival at the visa center, one participant discovered that he was not on the list of respondents for a visa, the travel agency told him the date, but did not leave an application for it, and he had to go a second time, and this is sorry 400 km both ways by car.
When I came to the agency before the call to receive documents, I noticed that the girl made a mistake in the name of the passport in the accompanying documents for the settlement, I drew her attention to this, the answer was: "you will not have problems with this at the visa center." What was my surprise when I was told at the visa center that the error was not only in these documents, but in all of them, and in insurance too. Since we arrived with a margin of two hours to resolve the visa issue, we still had plans that were canceled due to the irresponsible attitude of this agency. By phone, I asked the girl to redo the documents while I get to their address, since we need to hurry to the train, I will clarify that the meeting was scheduled for 12.00, and the train was at 15.10. But when I came to the agency, she just started to correct.
And even after I corrected it and printed it out, I saw that she made another mistake and the documents had to be corrected and reprinted again. The tour program was changed without even notifying about it, only when they started to beat the results they saw that a lot of what was planned was not implemented, the bus was overtaken by other buses, and because of this, I had to travel long and run fast on excursions. When walking along the Danube, the parallel group turned out to be out of place, and they simply had to stand. At the end of everything, our group went to a meeting in order to arrive in Lviv earlier in order to catch the train, but passing near the house of our relatives with whom we left things, we asked the driver to stop to get out, but the group leader intervened and said that we only once stopped in Uzhgorod, and this is 300 from here. Well, not an idiot?
We said that we might miss the train, as we still have to go back to the end of the city, but he didn't care. I will never recommend this company to anyone, very hypocritical company.
