We went on tour "Your beautiful weekend: Krakow, Prague, Vienna, Budapest" 30.12 - 02.01. I want to write at once if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not contact the company Algol.
Now for the points:
1) The program is not true. If you buy a tour and promise a New Year in Prague, then in reality the transit hotel is located 200 km from Prague, if you want to stay then get there yourself.
2) There is simply no organization of the tour: an hour in Vienna is reduced by 1 hour to catch a boat in Budapest, in fact, arriving in Budapest there were no seats on the boat and that hour the group was sitting on the bus, and who did not go on the boat, no one thought take people who do not go by boat to the hotel, so as not to sit 2 hours in the bus, or at least in the center of Budapest, because where the bus stopped is a sleeping area and there is nothing to do.
3) A tour of Krakow is just awful - we will not go there now closed, we will not go here either because it is too late, etc.
Manager Serhiy ran somewhere, saying that he would find a place now, and we stood in the aisle for our own money. There was no meat or side dishes there, only the remnants of sandwiches and apples. There were no DJs or Latin American dances - there weren't many, but there were about 100 retirees and the smell of mothballs and ambulances - one grandfather just got sick. I do not believe that the company Algol did not know that there will celebrate the New Year contingent over 70 years. Looking at all this nonsense, called a taxi back to his hotel, Sergei still had a conscience to tell us, and what you do not like, the Germans are happy.
There were many other disadvantages that I do not want to write about. We will meet with Algol in court for such a New Year.

On the other hand, I have photos and videos from this "New Year's party" if you can call it that, of course, where you can clearly see the empty stage and empty tables with dishes and the age category of all present + photos of the fast and old man who became ill. So we had the name of the hotel where the New Year will be, but no one said that it is 200 km from Prague and go there for 3 years, the program says just move to a transit hotel and where he understands. Спершу за Новий рік - ніякої музичної групи там не було це раз, сісти так само не було місця це два, ми двадцять хвилин стояли в проході поки Сергій ніби то бігав і вирішував проблему. По іншому я маю фотографії і відео з цієї "Новорічної забави" якщо це так можна назвати звичайно, де ясно видно і порожню сцену і порожні столи з посудом і вікову категорію всіх присутніх + фото швидкої і старого якому стало зло. Так назву готелю де буде Новий рік ми мали але ж ніхто не сказав що це 200 км від Праги і туди 3 рік їхати, у програмі ж пише просто переїзд в тразитний готель а де він самі розбирайтесь. Щодо таксі - чому б зразу при купівлі туру не сказати що Новий рік не там у готелі а на іншому кінці міста (стосовно решти її не було, таксі коштувало 502 кроні в одну!!! бік, так що за таксі ще 500 крон ми доплачували самі). Щодо туристів які там втратили це були дві жінки пенсійного віку які і жили в тому готелі і їм і втрачати були нічого і кількість випитого говорили самі за себе. Щодо загального враження про тур вся група, навіть ті, хто, на щастя, не потрапивши на Новий рік і не називався готелем з Новорічною вечіркою - всім обіцяли Новий рік у Празі і вся група незадоволена. Щодо екскурсії Будапештом це теж брехня - ми просто проїхали площу Героїв не зупиняюся, і приїхали на набережну далеко від центру де автобус і стояли 2,5 години.

В Будапешті зломаний унітаз і комарі а також пробита душова кабіна, але це напевно тільки нам так повезло. Так інші готелі були супер. На рахунок Брно, люди не могли знати, що нам 3 години від праги мучити ще треба. На Новий Рік і сил не залишалося. Але за те, що побачили і не побачили в Празі та Відні Дякую. Обов'язково поїду ще раз. Правда точно не Вашою фірмою. Дякую за увагу

На рахунок Брно, люди не могли знати, що нам 3 години від праги мучити ще треба. На Новий Рік і сили не залишалося. Але за те, що побачили і не побачили у Празі та Відні Дякую. My problem was that I first encountered this company and only then began to look for reviews. The problems began with the embassy, but before that it is worth noting that the problems could have been avoided with more attention to paperwork, but here in order. We booked the tour with our company, and upon arrival at the visa center, one participant discovered that he was not on the list of respondents for a visa, the travel agency told him the date, but did not leave an application for it, and he had to go a second time, and this is sorry 400 km both ways by car.
When I came to the agency before the call to receive documents, I noticed that the girl made a mistake in the name of the passport in the accompanying documents for the settlement, I drew her attention to this, the answer was: "you will not have problems with this at the visa center." What was my surprise when I was told at the visa center that the error was not only in these documents, but in all of them, and in insurance too. Since we arrived with a margin of two hours to resolve the visa issue, we still had plans that were canceled due to the irresponsible attitude of this agency. By phone, I asked the girl to redo the documents while I get to their address, since we need to hurry to the train, I will clarify that the meeting was scheduled for 12.00, and the train was at 15.10. But when I came to the agency, she just started to correct.
And even after I corrected it and printed it out, I saw that she made another mistake and the documents had to be corrected and reprinted again. The tour program was changed without even notifying about it, only when they started to beat the results they saw that a lot of what was planned was not implemented, the bus was overtaken by other buses, and because of this, I had to travel long and run fast on excursions. When walking along the Danube, the parallel group turned out to be out of place, and they simply had to stand. At the end of everything, our group went to a meeting in order to arrive in Lviv earlier in order to catch the train, but passing near the house of our relatives with whom we left things, we asked the driver to stop to get out, but the group leader intervened and said that we only once stopped in Uzhgorod, and this is 300 from here. Well, not an idiot?
We said that we might miss the train, as we still have to go back to the end of the city, but he didn't care. I will never recommend this company to anyone, very hypocritical company.

Проблема моя была в том что я сначала столкнулся с этой фирмой и только потом начал искать отзывы. Проблемы начались с посольства но перед этим стоит заметить что проблемы можна было бы избежать при большем внимании оформления документов, но здесь по порядку. Тур мы оформляли нашей фирмой, и у один учасник по приезду в визовый центр обнаружил что его нет в списке респондентов на получение визы, турагенство сообщило ему дату, но заявку на него не оставило, и ему пришлось ехать во второй раз, а это простите 400 км в обе стороны машиной. Когда я пришел в агенство перед вызовым для получения документов заметил, что девочка допустила ошибку в имени загранпаспорта в сопроводительных документах на поселение, я обратил на это ее внимания, ответом было: "в визовом центре с этим у вас не будет проблем". Каким жы было мое удивление когда в визовом центре мне сообщили, что ошибка не только в этих документах, а во всех и страховке тоже. Так как мы приехали с запасом в два часа на решение вопроса с визой у нас были еще планы, которые были по***ены из-за безответственного отношения данного агенства. По телефону я попросил девочку переделать документы пока я буду добираться до их адреса, так как нам нужно поспешить на поезд, уточню, что встреча была назначена на 12,00, а поезд был на 15,10. Но когда я пришел в агенство она только начала исправлять. А даже после того как исправила, и распечатала, я увидел что она допустила еще одну ошибку и документы пришлось править и перепечатывать еще раз. Програму тура изменили даже не уведомляя об этом, только когда начали подбивать результаты увидели что много что было запланировано не было реализовано, автобус обганяли другие автобусы, и из-за этого пришлось долго ездить и быстро бегать по екскурсиям. При прогулке по Дунаю паралельная группа оказалась мез места, и им просто пришлось стоять. В конце всего нашей группе пошли на встречу с тем чтобы раньше приехать во Львов, дабы успеть на поезд, но проезжая возле дома наших родных у которых мы оставили вещи, попросили водителя остановить, чтобы выйти, но здесь вмешался руководитель групы и заявил что мы только однажды останавливали в Ужгороде, а это 300 отсюда. Ну не идиот? Мы сказали что мы можем опаздать на поезд, так как нам еще возвращаться на конец города, но ему было плевать. Никогда и никому не посоветую эту фирму, очень лицемерная фирма.

What was my surprise when I was told at the visa center that the error was not only in these documents, but in all of them, and insurance too. Since we arrived with a margin of two hours to resolve the visa issue, we still had plans that were canceled due to the irresponsible attitude of this agency. By phone, I asked the girl to redo the documents while I get to their address, since we need to hurry to the train, I will clarify that the meeting was scheduled for 12.00, and the train was at 15.10. But when I came to the agency, she just started to correct. And even after I corrected it and printed it out, I saw that she made another mistake and the documents had to be corrected and reprinted again. The tour program was changed without even notifying about it, only when they started to beat the results they saw that a lot of what had been planned was not implemented, the bus was overtaken by other buses, and because of this, I had to travel for a long time and run fast on excursions. When walking along the Danube, the parallel group turned out to be out of place, and they just had to stand. At the end of everything, our group went to a meeting in order to arrive in Lviv earlier in order to catch the train, but passing near the house of our relatives with whom we left things, we asked the driver to stop to get out, but the group leader intervened and said that we only once stopped in Uzhgorod, and this is 300 from here. Well, not an idiot? We said that we might miss the train, as we still have to return to the end of the city, but he did not care. I will never recommend this company to anyone, very hypocritical company.
Доброго времени суток. Понятное дело что рекомендовать эту фирму просто нельзя, судя хотябы по количеству коментариев данного заведения. Проблема моя была в том что я сначала столкнулся с этой фирмой и только потом начал искать отзывы. Проблемы начались с посольства но перед этим стоит заметить что проблемы можна было бы избежать при большем внимании оформления документов, но здесь по порядку. Тур мы оформляли нашей фирмой, и у один учасник по приезду в визовый центр обнаружил что его нет в списке респондентов на получение визы, турагенство сообщило ему дату, но заявку на него не оставило, и ему пришлось ехать во второй раз, а это простите 400 км в обе стороны машиной. Когда я пришел в агенство перед вызовым для получения документов заметил, что девочка допустила ошибку в имени загранпаспорта в сопроводительных документах на поселение, я обратил на это ее внимания, ответом было: "в визовом центре с этим у вас не будет проблем". Каким жы было мое удивление когда в визовом центре мне сообщили, что ошибка не только в этих документах, а во всех и страховке тоже. Так как мы приехали с запасом в два часа на решение вопроса с визой у нас были еще планы, которые были по***ены из-за безответственного отношения данного агенства. По телефону я попросил девочку переделать документы пока я буду добираться до их адреса, так как нам нужно поспешить на поезд, уточню, что встреча была назначена на 12,00, а поезд был на 15,10. Но когда я пришел в агенство она только начала исправлять. А даже после того как исправила, и распечатала, я увидел что она допустила еще одну ошибку и документы пришлось править и перепечатывать еще раз. Програму тура изменили даже не уведомляя об этом, только когда начали подбивать результаты увидели что много что было запланировано не было реализовано, автобус обганяли другие автобусы, и из-за этого пришлось долго ездить и быстро бегать по екскурсиям. При прогулке по Дунаю паралельная группа оказалась мез места, и им просто пришлось стоять. В конце всего нашей группе пошли на встречу с тем чтобы раньше приехать во Львов, дабы успеть на поезд, но проезжая возле дома наших родных у которых мы оставили вещи, попросили водителя остановить, чтобы выйти, но здесь вмешался руководитель групы и заявил что мы только однажды останавливали в Ужгороде, а это 300 отсюда. Ну не идиот? Мы сказали что мы можем опаздать на поезд, так как нам еще возвращаться на конец города, но ему было плевать. Никогда и никому не посоветую эту фирму, очень лицемерная фирма.
