They planned to go to Budapest for their daughter's birthday, but in the end they postponed the trip to Christmas days. Tour "Blitz Budapest and Vienna" (01/05 - 01/08/2018) was chosen based on the convenience of the program and low cost.
We have already been to Vienna several times, so we did not go there. The goal was Budapest, they made their own program in advance, they almost didn’t take electives, so I can’t say anything about them. I will focus on organizational issues.
In general, the tour was well planned, we had time everywhere, and even earlier than planned, we returned to Lviv. There was enough free time, the guide on the sightseeing tour and on the boat was not bad. From other pluses:
1. Professional drivers who carefully drove the bus in not the best weather, helped with luggage, told me in detail how to get to Széchenyi from the hotel, which was far out of town.
2. A sweet and pleasant group leader named Inna, who tried to make everyone feel comfortable.
3. Not a bad warm hotel, from the minuses a far location from the center and a small restaurant where it is difficult to find a place during breakfast.
1. The bus seems to be clean and comfortable, but we were very unlucky with our seats (27 and 28). Due to their location, our seats were really narrower than those of other tourists (personally verified). Two night crossings, when there is nowhere to put your legs, it's very hard! Advice to the firm: either don't sell these seats, or at least offer a discount on them, as happens with the latest seats that do not recline. And so it turns out. that having paid the same amount as other tourists, we are forced to travel in much worse conditions.
2. A wish to our leader to be more principled and strict with some, so to speak, travelers. Among the rules of bus tours there is a ban on drinking alcoholic beverages in the cabin. This rule was violated all the way by the "fun" company, which managed to spoil the peace and sleep of many other tourists. There were practically no comments.
I tried to write a review on the official website, but for some reason I could not register.
Of course, it is difficult to judge from one trip, and the tour was short, but in general everything went without force majeure. I learned a lesson for the future - do not buy extra-budget tours that attract those who confuse sightseeing tourism with a booze.
The only thing that I managed to return was the commission from the Kyiv company, and it just didn’t work out, through a long correspondence .... probably the final one forever, I don’t plan to use the services of travel agencies anymore, you can organize everything yourself
Единственное что удалось вернуть это комиссию с киевской фирмы и то просто не получилось , путем длительной переписки ....наверное окончательной навсегда , больше услугами турфирм я пользоваться не планирую , можно все организовать самостоятельно

Добрый день , аналогичная ситуация , не вернули деньги , поездка не состоялась в июле 20 года , направление чехия , к сожалению , очень понимаю ваше негодование по этому поводу , оплстила небольшую сумму за 3 дня и тот же самый случай, на все мои звонки один ответ вернем после пандемии

I'm waiting for their answer, they should do an unscheduled check. If it doesn't work, I'll go to court. And I advise you not to wait ... to act !!!! We can unite and draw up a class action lawsuit.
Добрый день. У меня такая же ситуация. Тур отменили и деньги не возвращают. Написала жалобу в Общество защиты прав потребителей. Жду их ответа, должны сделать внеплановую проверку. Если не поможет, то буду обращаться в суд. И Вам советую, не ждать...действовать!!!!Можем объединиться и составить коллективный иск.
