Tour operator service is excellent! All issues were resolved clearly, promptly and politely! Thanks for organizing the trip!
The only negative is that when the group was not recruited, the tour operator offered options for resolving the issue, but when I had the need (albeit 1-2 days before departure) to reschedule the trip a week later (there was an excursion with this date), there were no options and money would not return.
But, most likely, this situation in all travel agencies. It's a pity!
