This was our first purchase tour, we chose Egypt for a family vacation at sea.
They promised a great hotel, sea, good food.
We trusted the advice and reviews on the Internet and chose Sultan Gardens. I left a separate review about the hotel, it doesn’t pull on 5 stars, the food is a complete disappointment (children and adults were poisoned).
The biggest disappointment is the services of the tour operator Join Up. They can’t organize flights on time, the guide gives incorrect information, the flight was transferred to my husband more than 6 times and as a result 40 hours on nerves and suitcases. The guide does not answer after 7 pm, the duty officer and the hotlines cannot be reached. If you start arguing, he threatens with the police and is rude.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone, don't mess with them.
