I ordered the Prague + Dresden tour at the end of July 2014 through the Aliyevs. I found this company by chance on the Internet and decided to stop at this offer, because. Arranged first of all the price and conditions. I was afraid that some problems or difficulties might arise, because. did not know the company. But everything went very well. Registration of all documents (visas, air tickets, reservations, etc.) was carried out quite quickly, despite the fact that I am not in Kyiv (I sent the documents by courier service). There are no comments on the work of the company - they provided complete information on the tour and even on those issues that did not relate to the tour itself. A fairly wide range of hotels was provided, from cheaper to more expensive. I chose the hotel "Prague Center Plaza" - located near the center (15-20 min. walk. Hotel for normal money, decent room, cleaned every day, good breakfasts, only one small drawback - the towels that were in the room could have been updated because they were already quite shabby. And so, there were no problems and complaints with the hotel. Excursions are quite good and interesting, good guides. Comfortable buses, on which we went to Dresden and Kutna Hora. I want to note, on excursions everyone was given audio guides, which is very convenient - there is no need to be in close proximity to the guide and listen to him, you can hear it well in headphones at a distance of up to 30 m.There were no problems with the transfer, everything was very fast and organized.
