Alina-Tour LLC does not value its customers

Good afternoon.

In June 2019, I purchased a tour to Tunisia for a period of 10 days in a certain 3 * hotel, but upon arrival in Tunisia, we were settled in another 3 * hotel, arguing that the hotel where we bought the tour was being renovated. The hotel in which we settled under the conditions is much worse and at a lower cost, with very bad reviews. On the second day of our stay in Tunisia, we asked to be moved to another hotel or to be moved to the hotel in which we bought the tour, because. throughout our vacation, Alina-Tour LLC sold tours to a hotel that was supposedly being renovated. Every day I wrote to Alina-Tour LLC and asked to relocate us or send us home, because in the hotel where we were settled there were constantly scandals because of the sunbeds, the rooms were not cleaned, tourists were robbed and generally terrible service, they answered me that our the problem is about to be solved.

At the end of our vacation, nothing was decided, no other alternative was offered. On the tenth day, Alina-Tour LLC offered me to write a claim and bring it to them. I wrote a claim and took it. There was no response to my complaint and even stopped responding to my emails. We have been using the services of Alina Tour LLC for over 10 years! This is how Alina Tour treats its regular customers. Dear tourists who read my review, be sure to think whether it is worth contacting such a travel agency
