Avalon Beach Hotel (Turkey/Side/Kyzylot) 4 stars was chosen on the advice of the manager of Grazhdansky Prospekt metro station. After signing the contract, upon arrival home, they found on the Internet a crazy amount of negative reviews (completely truthful). The next day we came back to the office for the opening with a request to change the hotel (there was no confirmation yet). They chose a new one, they promised us that everything would change. A day later, the manager called and said that it was no longer possible to change the hotel and all the reviews were the machinations of competitors. To the question "What should I do if the hotel really turns out to be not of the level that is declared?quot; we were told that there were no problems - through a guide upon arrival it would be possible to move to another. The hotel actually turned out to be not only not 4 stars, but not even 2 - battered, terribly dirty rooms, disgusting food (which was not enough for everyone).
They called the travel agency, talked with the guide about what was paid for one thing - they got a completely different one, several orders of magnitude worse. As a result, they offered to move to another hotel with a surcharge ... 300 dollars! In general, the vacation is spoiled, the travel agency does not check hotels for compliance with the stated conditions at all, they don’t give a damn about customers after signing the contract and paying for the tour. I will never contact you again and do not recommend to anyone. Thank you for your attention.
