I chose a tour to Cyprus, but did not find it on the right date. I had to buy a package in one agency. and then, on the Alina-Tour website, I saw that there were still tickets for my date. I call and ask, the girl answers that yes, there are tickets, I ask her to hold them for half an hour, or start processing until I arrive, she even tried to send her a copy of her passport, to which she answered me that of course come. I'm going to another agency to hand over the purchased tour, from there I call Alina-tour again, I say I'm handing over my previous tour, do you definitely have tickets? Answer yes!!! I arrive within an hour, and .... NO TICKETS!!!!!! And as it turned out, it wasn't! I was ready to strangle the girl. How can you be such a chicken???? my indignation knew no bounds! I was left without any tour at all. I had to book through bookin myself. I tell everyone now that this is the most sucky company!!
