Good tour company with great service

I found information about the company on the Internet when I was choosing a tour in March 2018 in the UAE. Arranged the price and convenient location of offices. I chose an office near the Ladozhskaya metro station, I was a little late, but they were waiting for me. Manager Anna Chernova greeted us very cordially and treated us to tea. A trifle, but nice. Anna helped me choose the best tour, showed me a photo of the hotel, I was satisfied with the price of the tour. After purchasing the tour, I called several more times, asking if everything was fine, if the flight documents had arrived in the mail, etc. I liked the tour, the service was polite, attentive, there were no attempts to sell more expensive tours. He himself pre-monitored the Internet for profitable tours. In July 2018, he again turned to the same Aloha company, to the manager Anna Chernova. Everything was the same, nothing has changed. The same courtesy, attentiveness to the client, reasonable prices for tours. Next time I'm planning a vacation in the fall, I'll contact Aloha again.

I have not been to other offices of the company, so I will not say anything about them. I recommend "Aloha" as a travel agency with reasonable prices and good quality of service. Best regards, Anatoly Sokolov
