Having phoned the travel agency, an employee of Filina Anastasia Yuryevna told me that our money was spent on the needs of the company (rent) and tours of other tourists were paid. The question is: what kind of tourists have a rest at our expense and why did they not pay for their tour vouchers? Having called the general director of the company Scarlet Sails LLC Fomin Eduard Anatolyevich, we received an answer that he heard about our contract for the first time, he did not sign it, he did not receive money ... blaming everything on the employee Filina Anastasia Yuryevna. They will not be able to return the money to us. they are not there ... they are spent ...

I inform everyone that the same people (founders) work in Omsk under the sign of BLUE SKY. Be carefull!!! They scammed tourists in Moscow worth over 900,000 rubles.
