I read reviews about the Anga Travel travel agency, everything is so “wonderful and unforgettable”, and I objectively want to tell you how we went from Anga Travel to Transcarpathia for the New Year. There were a lot of declared objects in the tour program, but it all remained on paper, I'll tell you why. Accompanying the group is the face of the travel agency, but here the face is very playful. The leader of the group, Nikolai, as he introduced himself “from Borshchagovka” (the people of Kiev understand what kind of district this is) is a complete zero. He didn’t do anything at all, he drank merrily all the way, in the end he completely loosened his belt and began to swear. Since I am an experienced tourist, I know that the leader is a representative of a travel agency who must solve organizational issues, coordinate a group, collect money for entrance tickets, and so on. Nikolai said that my task is to bring you, everything else is not my problem. And so it was. The problems were ours. The group was late everywhere, not all the objects according to the program had time to see. They rushed through Uzhgorod and Mukachevo at a gallop, they did not hit Kolochava at all, they saw Pylypets only from a distance. And so every day - no order, no discipline. And when we entered Kyiv, Nikolai gathered his bebekhs and got off the bus, as if he had nothing to do with our group at all, although administrative support was included in the cost of the tour. Poor organization of the tour from Angi Travel spoiled the New Year's holiday and left an unpleasant aftertaste. We are very sorry that we used the services of this travel agency.
