As a result, the trip, which the whole team had been looking forward to for several months, was ruined. Many conditions did not correspond to the declared ones, the group was accompanied by an incompetent guide, the ski equipment of the imposed “partner” rental turned out to be unsuitable for operation, which endangered the health of one of the company’s employees.

I am writing personally as the organizer of this tour:
1. 1. The tour operator is not responsible for the work of the Ukrzaliznytsia company, which was stated in the information sheet and in the tour program, which is part of the contract. Ukrzaliznytsia has canceled group applications (one joint ticket per group) from 12/21/2018 to 01/15/2019 inclusive, which was communicated to you. By some miracle, we managed to buy reserved seat tickets on December 20, 2018 and warned you right away, since the alternative - a bus ride did not suit you. You paid for the COUPE, because we recalculated the full cost for you? Despite the fact that several people went back to the compartment, we did not calculate this from the cost, but bought the tickets at our own expense! Booking a ticket costs 32 hryvnia per ticket - that's what you paid extra for.
2. Tickets back: You were warned that you could be scattered among the cars, since Ukrzaliznytsia bought some of the cars for its "employees" and officially on the site there were not all the cars in a row, for which we miraculously managed to buy tickets. Our fault is that we did not convey to EVERY one of you this problem and our method of solving it.
3. Not a single bus ever calls at the place of residence "Sonyachna". You yourself have chosen this accommodation option, go there 5-7 minutes on foot to a small hill. We only suggest this option because it's cheap, the food is delicious, and the host is nice.
4. Rental: at our rental, you were NOT charged cash and documentary collateral. The tourist, whose ski mount broke, was met halfway and FULLY returned the money for all the days of the rental, they did NOT take money for the breakage, although the skis cannot be repaired. This is category C - the cheapest and oldest skis, equipment and skis also sometimes break. Regarding the prices in Bukovel - your right, you have every right to rent wherever you want, no one forced you. Ski pass? You could rent a rental in Bukovel at "cheap" prices and ride yourself for another 3 hours, because the money for our rental was fully returned to you!
5. Regarding the guide: here we will look into this situation.

In your review, we read about the incompetence of our employee. I would like to remind you that you may not have heard, forgotten, when providing services (equipment rental), the receiver of the rental point asked simple questions, among which were: - What is your body weight?
, - this question must be answered honestly, as the answer depends on the proper operation of skis, and with it the positive mood of the holidaymaker.
We have a question: - The whole group was given quality equipment (for which we were very grateful), and one person was "unlucky". Why won't this person answer honestly that she fell, got caught and hit something with her ski? After all, the fastening on one of the skis worked, and on the other - was torn out along with the plate. Maybe because she wanted to hide it and not compensate for the breakdown?
Pay attention to the photo, which shows the torn mount, as well as mounting bolts. It is very clear that they are in good condition and did not unscrew in the process of skiing, and torn due to mechanical impact (read impact), as the turns of the bolts can be seen elements of wood from the internal structure of the ski.
We returned the money to the "victim" in 2 days of rental and reproduced it in detail.
which actually caused the damage! why she "failed" and left the ski resort in Yasinya, instead of renting new equipment on the spot. and would you hand over a broken ski in the evening? Why a person who did not take an instructor for the first time on skis? This is not a question for us!
PS Dear friends, when going on a ski trip for the first time, plan your expenses for an instructor! Today the ski was broken, and there are cases when the limbs are broken!
