01/03 - 01/08/2015 returned from the "Drive Christmas" tour to Bukovel.

The Berkut hotel is generally not bad, the room is warm, all the amenities.

But the food (breakfasts and dinners in the cost of the tour) was not just bad, but disgusting. Portions are small, watery and tasteless. It is even surprising that in Ukraine, in the Carpathian region, they managed to feed so badly.

The head of our group, Natalya, tried to correct the situation, went to swear with them, but nothing changed.

The included Christmas dinner was no different, just as meager and tasteless.

There was no Christmas evening program, no activities, no animation, nothing to create the spirit of the holiday. And this despite the fact that the Christmas tour is twice as expensive as usual.

Our bus, which is also a paid transfer to the ski lift, simply did not start in a frost of 25 degrees, and we lost several hours of skiing and a paid sky pass, as a result, we had to take the whole group at our own expense by taxi back and forth. We did not receive any refund or even an apology.

We booked the tour in advance, more than a month and a half in advance, tried to book and redeem a sky pass at Anga Travel for these days, the answer was that Anga Travel does not have sky passes and you need to buy them in Bukovel upon arrival.

But in the information sheet, which was issued on December 31 at 17:00, it was said that you can buy a sky pass from Anga Travel for 320 hryvnia per day. Alas, due to the holidays, the office is no longer open. It seems that the sheet was sent late on purpose, so that no one had time to redeem the sky pass at a normal price.

And in Bukovel, the same sky pass cost 640 hryvnia per day.

In general, there are many serious shortcomings that spoil the impression of both this tour and the Anga-Tevel company.

Hope they get fixed.
