Employees steal and are not responsible for anything. they stole a phone from their own bus that was carrying a phone from the airport. Or a driver or a guide. They answered my question on the phone that don’t worry, we’ll return the bodies, the next day they said that there were no bodies, you couldn’t look at the cameras (there was a camera in the cabin on the bus) , like the Vietnamese forbid it. Like, I say the Vietnamese can ban it on your bus, they answered that they would find out tomorrow, the next day they said that there was no camera on the bus, although it was there. and so on for two weeks. GALAXYS4 is not a cheap phone. The first time I went with this operator, and the last one. I have never seen such lies and rudeness from anyone !!!!!!!!!
