Good afternoon, I want to warn everyone, including the Solvex company through which the whole thing was turned. We bought a ticket for a child through the Antval travel agency (which organizes trips for children on Solvex tours) and a NIGHTMARE began.
1. The first time a child was sent to Malta (with the help of a "wonderful company" represented by Valeria Azimova ( http://vk.com/id82914803)). The departure date was postponed 4 days later, while no one informed us. At the airport, it turned out that the child was flying to Malta on his own without an adult, Valeria kept silent about this. The child returned to Russia only thanks to a persistent call from his mother, who called him and found out that he did not know that he had a plane today, and no one informed him. As a result, thanks to hasty collections, half of the things were safely left in Malta. Thank God that at least I managed to get on the plane and returned to Russia.
2. Experience has taught us nothing.
The child and his brother were sent through the same travel agency to Bulgaria to the Sea Dunes camp. The camp turned out to be sports, but no one warned about this in advance. They were attached to a group of swimmers. And then the most interesting thing began ... Valeria gave the leader's phone number, but upon the children's arrival in Bulgaria it turned out that this was the phone of the escort to the camp, who did not bear any responsibility. Valeria also gave the telephone number of the camp director, who, by a lucky chance, was already in St. Petersburg a week after the children's arrival. A week later, 500 euros were stolen from the children (the only money they had). What is the problem? And the problem is that at first the children were attached to the escort, then to one coach, then to another, and for the whole week not a single person deigned to take a large amount of money from the children, which they promised to take on excursions (as a result, the children did not hit).
At the request of Valeria to sort out the situation, why it happened, how to help the children find money, the phone has not been taken for a week. And who is to blame: Valeria or Solvex, where our children rest - no one answered us.
We advise you not to contact the Antval travel agency, and Solvex not to spoil its reputation by taking on additional earnings from companies for one day.
