Thank you for a VERY "GOOD" holiday in India from you and your partners....

I'LL START IN POINTS!

Tour from 01/04/2013 to 01/12/2013 I traveled with my wife!

1. Upon arrival in Goa, we probably searched for 30 minutes for those who met us ... we barely found through other Indians THOSE WHO MET THEIR OTHER TOURISTS ... GENERALLY NO ONE OF THE MEETERS ON THE TRANSFER GAVE ANYTHING about the host ... although other tour operators gave their tourists full packages of subsequent meetings on the next day in the hotel lobby ... we were simply taken NOT by an OPERATOR but by a taxi driver to the hotel!

2) at 4 in the morning upon arrival at the hotel, 90 dollars were IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FROM US for early check-in .... ALTHOUGH I ASKED IN ADVANCE from Marina Pivovar (manager for India) TO GIVE ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF PAYMENT FOR THE TOUR IN Kyiv - if I knew what I if you have to pay for early check-in, then I would BETTER PAY and not listen to my wife’s scandal about my professional unsuitability as the director of a travel agency and the professional unsuitability of my partners in Kyiv ... At the reception they hinted at a bribe ... but alas, I had only 100 dollar bills ... The main joke is that a day later I talked with tourists from THIS SAME HOTEL who arrived the day before from TEZ TOUR, they had ALSO EARLY CHECK-IN ... and their escort that brought them to the hotel and agreed personally at the reception about so that they can be settled without problems ... WHY IS INDIFFERENCE FROM YOUR HOST SIDE? I called them ... I barely found the phone ... I took it from a girl from SUNRISE who worked in the morning with her tourists ... she gave me a mob ... of a certain Vera from MINAR .... this Vera said that all questions were to Kyiv. .. SUPER ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3) No one offered us anything from excursions! We were forced to ask to join the tourists from SUNTRICE ... to buy excursions from them ... in general, we ORGANIZED THE REST FOR YOURSELF!

4) Transfer: 5 hours before the end of our tour, I called this Vera from MINAR and asked how long you inform your tourists about the transfer to the airport ... she said FOR A DAY ... when I said that we were actually 5 hours before departure, she had a MINUTE of silence and asked for a long time Who we are and where we live (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) after that she said that she would try to send SMS about the transfer !!!!!!!!! (SUPER!!!!!!)Although normal tour operators post and POST info in the hotel lobby!

The absence of a stamp was reported as soon as they received the passport in their hands, at that moment the bus was exactly on the Polish border, to which the escort replied: "well, they will PROBABLY put it on the Ukrainian side." We went abroad for the first time, so we could not know about all the subtleties and really thought that they could still do it at the Ukrainian border. Does an employee of your company, a team leader, also not know about them? How can such a law-abiding Tour Operator send 70 tourists with a completely incompetent employee?

Remark - the bus left the territory of Poland, at this time when you reported the lack of a stamp (you are still at the border for the first time, and there are more than enough barriers, even to confuse experienced travelers).
Unfortunately (or fortunately!), The tour operator is not authorized to put any stamps in the passports of tourists (probably, fortunately, after all), because this is the exclusive right of border services.
The tour operator provides travel services, and you are satisfied with them!

The request was to LEARN from the border guards why the stamp is missing. Since a completely logical question arises: if the border guard could have missed putting a stamp, could he, in principle, have not entered information on this passport into the database. We just asked to Clarify this moment, responsible and, as we thought, competent, representative of the tour operator. Believe me, if after a question to the escort, he turned to the border guard and he, in turn, assured that everything was fine and the information was in the database, there would be no problems at all. And about who, to whom, and most importantly, when he said, I already wrote earlier. I see no reason to repeat the same thing, and in general to continue to exchange messages.
In fact, you cannot help or take responsibility, you only shield your employees. And since, in fact, these are just our problems, contacting the embassy or somewhere else to understand whether a person has left the country or not, I have every right to describe the current situation and express my opinion that I categorically do not recommend the tour operator Tango Travel .
