For the first time I applied to Arriva travel agency last spring. I wanted to relax with my husband in sunny Egypt. Having collected information about hotels and their prices on the Internet, I called many travel agencies in Kyiv. I was called different prices for the same hotels. But the most "interesting" prices were from this company. But not only because of this, I have already bought tours from this company 3 times. I visited Egypt at the Siva Sharm 5 * hotel with its beautiful reef and fresh rooms, in Turkey at the Grand Park Kemer Hotel 5 * with excellent cuisine and again in Egypt at The Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh with an area similar to "Arriva" travel agency helped me find these hotels. I really like the way they treat customers in this travel agency, especially the manager Igor Shatrovsky. He listens very carefully to everything wishes and, what is important, selects the tour in accordance with the desires.He sends recommended tours by e-mail, then calls back, clarifies, advises.Thanks to him, we rested in good hotels at "very good" prices.He sends documents for the tour by e-mail. mail with a very detailed letter with recommendations for the trip. He is always in touch - viber. Upon arrival, he calls and asks in detail. I think that this is not only out of courtesy, but also in order to choose the right hotels for buyers.
