Today, May 21, 2014, returned from a 13-day trip to Thailand. It was our dream vacation, thanks in large part to the Art-Max travel agency. Why in many ways? Because it was the representative of the travel agency Valentin Leonov who found the hotel we wanted for us. Prior to that, they called several travel agencies, explained: white sand, clear water, a hotel on the beach, and that it was all SEPARATE, so that there were few people!!!!!! And Valentine quickly, in a few hours, found it. Although we ourselves were looking for such a hotel for several months, and realizing that there is no “bounty” in Thailand in Phuket, and in Pattaya, it is only on the islands and very expensive, we abandoned the idea of ​​\u200b\u200bgoing to Thailand.

There was another option: to settle in Phuket and go to the islands to swim, as we were offered in the Ideal travel agency. But I immediately discarded this idea. It seems to us that it is complete nonsense to pay money for transportation and every day to drag back and forth to the island to swim, and with crowds of the same people who want to swim on a desert island, when you want to leave the room and immediately find yourself on a paradise white beach.

So, they called Valentine, and he performed a miracle: he found a wonderful hotel on the bounty island, not far from Phuket. That is, on the one hand, the jungle, snow-white, almost deserted beach, the water in the sea is always pleasantly hot. (Valeria - I myself love hot water, and the Black Sea has always annoyed me, because I was always cold in it). On the other hand, close to Phuket with shops and entertainment.

The entire holiday, starting with registration and ending with the arrival home, was held at the highest level.

We have succeeded. We looked at everything we wanted and bought everything we planned. And a month ago, they thought that it was not worth going to Thailand, since a luxurious stay in a hotel with polite staff would not be affordable.

Now more about the agency. Learned about it from reviews. Previously, we were not guided by reviews, now we understand that in vain.

Valentin from Art-Max immediately told me that it was possible to take out insurance against non-departure. (Not all agencies even talk about it! But a tourist can forget or not know. And this is VERY important).

Called Valentine at 9:00. His working day, which is from 10:00, has not yet begun, but he carefully listened to all the wishes. Very polite employee.

He sent several options quite quickly, after 2 hours. They did not fit, and he sent more. After reading reviews and looking at information about hotels on the Internet, we settled on our option.

During the paperwork, Valentin found answers to all our questions, and there were many of them: when we were picked up from the island before flying home - on the eve of departure or on the day of departure, how much does the transfer to Phuket and back cost per person, diving on the island is presented separately from tourists one day trip and so on.

The difficulty was that the flight to Thailand was supposed to be no later than May 10, and the tour itself would end no later than 20 because of work. We called in early May. And the flight was from Moscow, it was still necessary to buy tickets to Moscow from Krasnodar.

Valentin called, warned not to buy tickets to Moscow, as the hotel had not yet been confirmed. It's nice that they are worried about the rest of their customers, that they think not only about their own profit, how to sell a tour to a tourist and that's all ...

Why put 9 and not 10? Because I would still like more activity from the representative of the travel agency.

And it turns out that you constantly call, fill up with questions. Still, it is the job of a travel agent to ask if you can find out something that interests you about this hotel. We do not ask you to find out what souvenirs to bring us or what interesting things you can see. Information about the hotel should be presented in full at the initiative of the travel agent!

We plan to carry out the rest of the trips only through Art-Max.

Perhaps, to someone the above details will seem obvious and unnecessary. But we do not agree with this. After all, everything is made up of little things. And polite professionals in their field are a rarity in any industry.
