The voucher has a completely different hotel and place of arrival, instead of Mahdia, it turned out to be Sousse! When asked why, the answer was a booking error. We found the error! already at home, no one was even going to warn that we were going to a completely different place. So for information - the hotel where the atlas now sends us is 15-20 thousand cheaper. That hotel was chosen on purpose, a good children's program, it seems not in this one, the pool is small, etc. For some reason, he meets in Tunisia not Intourist as in the contract, but some local company. Regarding the return of money - wait 10 days, and there is no guarantee that everything will be returned, and generally returned. So decide to spoil your vacation completely, lose money, don’t go anywhere or go nowhere... It’s a complete scam!!! do not hesitate to deceive even with children!

I’ll also add - my wife checked the reservation at the hotel they wanted for a month, there was no reservation, she called Atlas several times - they answered for sure that there is a reservation, don’t worry, everything is under control, the information just didn’t reach the hotel! I talked to their director - an unintelligible lowing.

The guys in Atlas work "excellent", "well-coordinated" - you get a voucher before departure, not even a day in advance, you don't have time to do something, moreover, you are counting on the fact that you will notice it only already in Tunisia! the hotel is cheaper.
