Through the Agent I bought a tour to Europe from them, and then the surprises began!
Surprise 1. Moved the date of departure to an earlier date. I had to change the vacation schedule at the place of work. As compensation, I asked for seats on the bus of my choice. Through the agent, they conveyed that there will be selected places for you, do not worry. It turned out not to be true. Other tourists went to the selected places.
Surprise 2. Before paying the rest of the tour to the agent, the manager said that you need to pay more than the amount indicated in the contract. the euro rose. But the contract says that the cost of the tour increases if the client declares a delay in the repayment of the next payment. Naturally, I did not ask for any delays, thus the director was put in his place. Obviously, they wanted to take more money from the client, but it did not work out.
Surprise 3. Wretched bus.
Pour boiling water for tea, after the water settles - in a mug half a glass of water and half a glass of sediment. It seems that no one has cleaned the container with drinking water for 20 years of operation of the bus. No more tea on the bus.
It was not recommended to use the toilet on the bus at all, so that there would be no extra smells in the cabin. They didn't even bother to install a bio-toilet.
Surprise 4. The transfer to the castles of the Loire did not take place, although the program of the fifth day is so directly called “5th day. Castles of the Loire (700 km). Against a written claim on this matter, it is again not true that they supposedly offered me free excursions in return, which I refused. I was not offered any free tours.
Surprise 5. The guide is a completely different story! I took money for a boat trip on the Seine, but I organized everything in such a way that there was no time left for the tour.
I had to gallop to the pier, and then, following her own instructions, disembark from the departing boat, take a taxi, and get to the bus by 14 o'clock (the guide strictly warned that the bus would leave exactly at 14.00). The bus left at 2:45 pm. This spoiled the impressions of visiting Paris. Thank God, I returned the money for the tour and for the taxi.
I will not have any more business with travel agencies, I will organize my vacation myself. And I advise everyone. There will be fewer surprises.
