Tour we bought a tour in the agency "svit barv" in Kyiv on Podil. The quality of service at the agency was normal, we liked everything. Our tour operator was GTO, we were not satisfied with his work, because when we arrived at the airport, it turned out that this tour operator did not reset our lists. We had to wait half an hour and then they either handed over the lists, or somehow quickly resolved this issue.
