I did not expect such rudeness from such a popular and, judging by the rating, "good" tour operator. My boyfriend and I bought a tour in Sochi from 19.07 to 26.07 July to the Velvet Seasons Hotel. I bought the tour from Suntravel. It so happened that 6 days before the flight I ended up in the hospital. Here, of course, there could be no question of a refund, since the period was already very short. It was decided to change my ticket for another person. Contacted the travel agency, there were no objections. We called the hotel. There we were told that there would be no problems, as long as we arrived. BUT! The tour operator "Biblio Globus" demanded 12,000 rubles (!) for changing a tourist, justifying this by saying that, they say, tickets need to be changed, everything needs to be redone, etc. etc. No other company had such problems (TezTour, Sunmar, Pegas) if there were problems with the trip. After all, what difference does it make to them, Vasya or Petya will fly???? The main thing is to fly.
Naturally, we refused to pay these 12,000, and so the money was lost due to the fact that I did not fly, and here they are still demanding from above! FUCKING ABOVE THE ROOF! I'm not going to deal with the "Biblio Globe" anymore!
