I flew with BG several times and was 100% satisfied with the work, but what happened on my trip with my child in June 2021 - there is no limit to indignation.
They ate like BG. We flew to Sochi on 06/19/2021 and everything started well. The tour was for 7 nights with breakfast. But how did it end.
2 days before departure from Sochi to Yekaterinburg, BG sent tickets that the flight was rescheduled for 4-10 nights - of course, I was upset that they stupidly took away the 7th night and breakfast from us, but these were flowers. The day before departure, BG sends new tickets with a departure at 7-05. I go in the evening to look at what time the transfer is and what I see: we are picked up at 1-20 at night and guided by the departure of 4-10. Although at a meeting with the hotel guide we were told that they take the latest information and therefore post it after 20-00. And new tickets, for a moment, I had in my hands in the morning. I called the hotel guide, and the answer was: yes, I see that the plane was moved to 7-05, but the transfer will be at 1-20 and it is not transferred.
The same thing was told to us when the bus arrived - literally "the flight was rescheduled for 7-05, if you want to go with us now, if you don't want to get there yourself." You are completely fucked up, the transfer is not free, I paid money for it. And what should I do with my child at night in an incomprehensible taxi for my own money? As a result, we spent 8 hours at the airport, the plane took off at 8-30. As the stewardess told us, the delay was not due to weather conditions, but it was the BG itself that steered which plane to whom. No help from the tour operator was offered. Everyone is exhausted. There are a lot of people at the airport, some of them are waiting for planes for days. There is nowhere to sit. Poor kids. In general, I highly recommend thinking before choosing a tour operator. The BG hotel said that they were monopolists in Sochi - apparently they completely lost their conscience (if any).
