Terrible

If you want to spoil your vacation, choose Biblio Globus. I rested in the city of Alanya from 3 to 12 August. The disregard of the tour operator was felt from the very beginning, since no one met me at the airport upon arrival and I had to look for the bus in the parking lot myself. The guide provided by the company (his name was M?nasip) I saw only once when he took the money, after which he actually disappeared and did not answer the phone. During the first meeting, he did not explain anything and lied on every word. The tours that I bought from him started with an hour delay (it was especially disappointing when we got together by 4 in the morning for an excursion and waited 50 minutes for us to be picked up). The bus that was supposed to take us to the airport was almost an hour late. The conductor (Stanislav Tomchuk) refused to explain where to go at the airport, and as a result, I almost missed my plane.

Due to the lack of organization on the part of the tour operator, I spent a lot of nerves because of which the vacation was ruined.
