There is no worse

Good afternoon !!! Twice in my life I contacted the Biblio-Globus company and twice I am simply shocked by their services, such an impression they earn money for themselves, and the attitudes, wishes and requirements of customers are NOTHING for them !!! In January, the whole family flew to rest in the apartments of the Gorki Gorod resort to go skiing, but we failed and the youngest daughter broke her leg on the second day. After contacting the hospital, we were told that the child needed an operation and hospitalization was required (At the request of the doctors of the Sochi Trauma Hospital, we refused their services), in connection with this we were forced to leave the apartment on the 3rd day. Upon arrival in Moscow, I wrote an appeal to the Biblio-Globus company with a request to recalculate and return the money for those 6 days that we had paid in advance. A copy of the medical report and an act on the early delivery of the number were attached to this appeal ...

Two weeks later, I received a response with a refusal to recalculate and compensate for the funds due to the fact that the biblio-globus company suffered large financial losses due to my early departure from the hotel.
