Spoiled New Year

??????Spoiled New Year??????Tour "New Year's Vilnius" 31.12.17-02.01.18 combined with a tour to Riga (without notifying travel agencies and tourists in advance), which meant that we would be on the way instead of 12-15 hours 22-24 hours. 00 the bus headed to Riga, where it arrived at 11-12 o'clock, then to Vilnius, where it arrived at 19:00 Moscow time (2 hours left before the New Year's dinner).WE LOST A WHOLE DAY!!! was completely unorganized, the drivers did not know the route and the location of the hotels, for 23 hours we did not eat once, and we were not even offered a stop in a place where we could have a bite to eat, the stops were for 10-15 minutes and only to the toilet. The sightseeing tour was postponed to January 1, and we also had to cancel the additional tour, because there was simply no time left.

I had to go to Riga for tourists (((TOTAL: 1 day in Vilnius, instead of 2.5 days ?????? Bon Tour, do you think that 1 day is enough to get to know Vilnius? Why do tourists pay for a 3-day when is it a one day tour?you stole our time, mood and our money... it was the first and probably the last trip with Bon Tour(((
